I do not recommend this provider for domain registration or verification. Their setup is plagued by delays and errors, and the verification workflow is a nightmare. Verification emails often never arrive, DNS records take ages to propagate, and there’s zero clear guidance when things fail.

When you open a support ticket, their only response is, “We’ll get back to you as soon as our engineer can,” which can easily take 24 hours—on top of the lengthy ICANN processing time. Their team is only available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, so evenings and weekends you’re completely on your own. When you finally hear back, replies are generic and rarely resolve the real issue.

If you need a smooth domain registration and prompt, reliable verification, look elsewhere. Between the engineer’s 24-hour response window and ICANN’s inherent delays, this service will cost you far more time and headaches than it’s worth.

I strongly advise against using this provider for hosting or domain registration. Neubox is a scam. Call their 800 number and find out for yourself. You are subjected to a sales presentation for a medical device that has no options but to hang-up. Never got to the technical help they claim they have.

Their customer support is the worst customer support I even experienced in my professional career. They don't care. They keep sending me invoices with pesos amounts but in dollars, so a domain renewal is over 500 USD. They don't offer any solution. The worst service ever. They don't care about customers, support is never available. I reached out to some managers on LinkedIn and they ignored my requests. Certificates out of date, I have been the whole year with no service, which was paid in advance

Poor customer support. The office hours are limited and larges to provide a technical support behind in some cases they can't help you

We have a website santaclausoficial.com which is very simple site. We paid the most expensive hosting possible with those guys. Guess what? 50 people entered the site in 1 hour and it crashed completely for a day! Those guys are lamers with awful service. We host exactly the same website in 1and1 with the most basic plan and it works perfectly
