The helmet will not connect to any…

The helmet will not connect to any device I've tried, and at this point I'm very frustrated that I cannot change the programs.

After a month I ve purshed the neuronic, Ihave just received it. the delay is 0ne month so, my waranty is just 11 months not 12. furthermore I do not recomend UPS for delivering. Today I am going to start my journey with my device. .I"let you know later how it works.

Very happy so far!

So far, we love the helmet. It is super easy to set up and the directions are clear. The app is also very easy to set up and program. It has taken my mum some getting used to as she is less familiar with using apps in general, but we created a routine for her and she getting the hang of it. We look forward to hopefully seeing some progress after more long time use!

Wearing the helmet is not very…

Wearing the helmet is not very comfortable, when first got the helmet it came with adhesive pads that didn’t stick. I requested a replacement pad, and was sent a very thin pad that connects to back of helmet. Really no padding to the strip, it just covered up the back strap. So, I’m not happy with the discomfort wearing the helmet.

Alyssa Made The Process Easy

Once Alyssa Igarta got involved and I was able to text and talk to her on the phone, my questions were answered and she had great info as to how we shoild be using the cap. She also explained what our power problem was trying to use the battery pack and gave me all info necessary to get a replacement battery pack. Alyssa has been great.

Questionable tech

Questionable tech. Questionable experts. Battery broke immediately. The guidance is not great. The device itself made me feel poorly. Will most likely be sending it back.

Energetic Balance

Over the past month. I notice I sleep more soundly. I have fewer trips to the bathroom at night. I do two sessions a day, morning and evening. I am 81 with more energy.

My wife has early-onset dementia

My wife has early-onset dementia. We hoped to see an improvement no matter how slight. However, we have not noticed any difference in her recall ability.
We have been using Neuronic since March 2025.
Can you suggest a setting or a combination of settings that might improve her condition?

Combining Neuronic with Dihexa Peptide

Stilling trying to find optimal time for Glow. Review of the literature indicates this should work. However the patient cannot tell me if we are overdoing it. Thus having to go really slow. Also combining with peptides, specifically Dihexa. As these two protocals takes different approaches to healing. But having a more difficult time finding experienced MD or ND support.

Energy levels

Ive been using the LIGHT every day for about a month and am so pleased, my energy levels remain consistent throughout the day, no afternoon dip in focus. Customer service has also been great, the support team are helpful.
