The customer service was great. I received the wrong color originally (due to a company error) and they quickly replaced the shades quickly. They look great!

Top down /bottom up Roman shades were easy to measure, order and install. Delivery was super fast. The quality is good for the money. Very affordable for someone who does not own but would like a custom blind in their home. I was not disappointed.

Love this company ❤️ I’ve ordered multiple shades and all were made perfectly to the dimensions I submitted. The Belgian Flax Linen fabric was beautiful and for the price-amazing quality. Shipped really fast too!

Super easy to order and they came quickly but the quality isn’t great. I ordered a 68” shade and the middle bracket isn’t centered and you can see it — and then the shades don’t hang evenly because of the off-center bracket.

Update: Although I don't like that the middle bracket isn't centered, I understand it is needed for the mechanism and I'm now used to it. I've also followed directions to adjust the shades so they now hang evenly. All good!

I placed two orders for multiple windows all but one came in a timely manor. They fit perfectly. If you buy a motorize curtain it takes a long time to get through customs. I would order again absolutely.

The website offers easy to follow instructions for measuring and ordering. I did not purchase the fit guarantee, but I did purchase a 3 year warranty in case I have future issues after repeatedly opening and closing the bamboo blinds.

As for the product, it appears to be quality. It has a nice weight to it and was easy to install. I feel the bamboo shades look more expensive than what I paid for them and I will order again from Neutral Curtains for additional windows.

Received samples quickly so was able to make a swift decision. Took about 3 weeks to receive shades but they're exactly what I wanted!

I've ordered many times from your site this year and have loved everything! These shades are so easy to install and they look gorgeous!

First I purchased some silk , motorized roman shades for my bedroom and they were perfect. I use the app to set a schedule and they go up and down per the schedule and I love that. I can override the schedule or turn the schedule off at any time. The shades were of excellent quality....and they were shipped amazingly fast for custom shades. The customer service was excellent I had a lot of questions. Then I was so pleased I bought a second set of shades this time I purchased the ones that you pull up and down and they were also beautiful , and came in a timely manner...shipping is a little lengthy going thru customs etc...but probably faster then having them made locally. Anyway I was very pleased and plan to purchase more for additional rooms in the future. I was very pleased.

I ordered nearly a dozen roman shades to cover the windows of my new house. They came quickly, and each panel's fabric was exactly as pictured. Note: you can see the seams when using a non-blackout liner for the relaxed style, but I don't mind it.

The hanging materials are pretty basic, but they function. The reason for 3 stars are several:

- none of the curtains were cut to size appropriately. I hung them as an inside mount, and the directions were to give the exact measurements and they would deduct the necessary amount to hang. They did not, and so we had to hand cut every singe shade to fit.
- one curtain came with faulty strings, making it hard to retract up.
- customer service is non-existent. I still haven't received a response for my issues from their Help Center.
