I have a no fee no win car injury case…

I have a no fee no win car injury case with New Law. Today they told me that they are handing all of their current cases to a company called MSA law. I have waited nearly 4 years for my case to be settled. Looking at the trustpilot reviews of this new company, they appear to be as bad as New Law. My claim was fairly simple, the driver who drove into me admitted full responsibility and was charged by police & found guilty. I was sent to New Law by my then car insurance company Go Skippy, who have washed their hands of my case. I contacted the Ombudsman 18 months ago and they told me they were not interested. I am at a loss-Do I wait another 4 years????

New law Cardiff.. .. DIRE!!!

New law Cardiff... DIRE. .. Can't find words to express the four and a half years of dealing with this company.. Gave up despite my injuries.. No justice and now probably more stress taking to ombudsman. If you want to head to an early grave and the accident didn't do it for you ... look no further.. NEW LAW SOLICITORS CARDIFF is the place to go !!!!!!!! Sadly had to press the one star to enter review .....

Utterly Disastrous Experience with New Law Solicitors' Pilot Scheme

I cannot express how utterly disappointing and frustrating my experience with New Law Solicitors has been, particularly with their so-called "new pilot scheme." This has been, without exaggeration, the worst customer experience of my life. From start to finish, it has been a complete nightmare.

The pilot scheme is an absolute shambles. It’s painfully slow, taking months and months to make even the slightest progress on my case. Every step feels like wading through treacle, with no urgency or efficiency whatsoever. They promise action, updates, and results, but nothing ever materializes. Phone calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, and when you finally get a response, it’s vague, unhelpful, or just another empty promise.

I was initially told the pilot scheme would streamline my case and make things quicker—complete nonsense! Instead, it’s been delay after delay, with zero accountability. They don’t action anything they say they will, leaving me chasing them constantly for updates, only to be met with excuses or silence. It’s clear they’re either understaffed, disorganized, or simply don’t care about their clients.

The lack of communication is infuriating. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up, only to be told they’re “looking into it” or “escalating” my case, which seems to mean nothing. Months have passed with no meaningful progress, and I’m left feeling ignored, undervalued, and utterly let down.

This experience has been beyond stressful—it’s been soul-destroying. New Law Solicitors has shown a complete disregard for their clients’ time, money, and trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services, especially under this dreadful pilot scheme, to steer well clear. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I wish I had.

Poor communication, poor service, go elsewhere and save yourself the headache of chasing these guys every single week

I was involved in a non-fault rta in August 2022 and my case is still ongoing despite the other person admitting full liability and me having front and back dashcam footage. I did have my medical exam fairly quickly in October 2022, but I then had to wait until October 2023 for my psychiatric exam. Then I had to wait until August 2024 before starting treatment. All treatment was concluded in October 2024 and I have been waiting for my case to be valued since then. I finally got a valuation back in May 2025 and this was an incorrect valuation as it stated that I had recovered from my injuries 10 months quicker than stated in my medical reports. All I want is a fair valuation for my injuries based on the medical reports. I have now put in a complaint and tried to follow their complaints procedure but no one ever communicates! It is so frustrating. They have already breached their complaints policy as I have had no acknowledgment from a team manager within 4 working days of my complaint. I just don’t understand how this company can run an effective business when no one responds to emails or communicates. No wonder the litigator who was dealing with my case from August 2024-March 2025 has left the company. Go elsewhere use local solicitors, do not use these people if they are suggested by your car insurance company.

I could not fault them at all

I could not fault them at all. Considering the difficulty and stress I would have had trying to do probate myself, this was an easy choice. I wasn't disappointed.
I was always kept informed each step of the way. Would recommend.

Terrible service…

The probate team are terrible at responding to emails and phone calls. It is hard to get to talk to anyone. The members of the team are always changing. I was told last week on the 29th Jan the final payment in my late mothers estate was being made. It is still not in my bank account as at the date of writing this review. I have sent two emails chasing the payment and New Law have ignored them both
