Absolutely disappointing

I had a issue with the order delivery, contacted customer support multiple times and everytime they said they are in contact with UPS and NB will provide me the update via email.

But they could not resolve the issue after 3 weeks and when I complained, they said I can talk to UPS myself if i want a fast solution :/

Cancelled the order eventually

Unauthorised return of my products by NB/UPS

In summary, I ordered a pair of Salehe Bembury shoes. Shoes were delivered to the UPS collection point and before I could collect them (within 2 days of delivery), they were returned, without my authorization, by UPS back to NB (a refund was processed). Customer service offered a generic 15% compensation instead of offering a viable solution to return the shoes back to me ( I want the shoes I purchased) or offer me a viable alternative. The customer service agent recognized the unprecedented nature of the situation however no viable support to address my main concern (I want the shoes I purchased) has been offered. Really really poor overall customer experience.

Got ripped Off READ THE CONDITIONS FULLY

Hi,

I bought four shoe pairs because I could get 20€ off with a second order....but since I did not read the Conditions fully and in absolute detail I missed that if you send the shoes back it is not allowed to send from different orders. Everything has to be on it's own. Even though I declared everything on their own return paper they couldn't tell them apart anymore and sai I had to paid one order in whole while the other was marked as returned. So now I have one pair of nice shoes that cost me double the price and they have shoes I have paid for..... Feels like fraud but seems like that is my fault.

In any case I can't recommend giving a company with such a weird structure any money. I am sorry but New Balance got rid of me, as a customer switching from Vans, as fast aas possible as they could get me.

Again I have to pay 162€ for 64€ shoes.

Pretty bad deal.

Defective new balance 997 made in usa, disappointing

After buying a pair of 997 made in usa for 220€, 14 months later the logos on both sides of both shoes started to loosen and almost fall down. After contacting customer service and sending photos from the defective pair, they informed me that they assume that it is due to storage defect although I am using them once weekly. And they mentioned that because the defect appeared after more than 12 months so it is normal and not due to defective production. This happens with a high line product which they assume with best quality. I am really disappointed from such reply and would never plan or recommend to buy their products anymore.
Update: after contacting new balance in USA regarding my complaint as responsible for „made in usa“ products, they just referred me back to their customer service in germany, really irresponsible in a mean way for such a brand name. Never to buy from them again.

NB1080V10

I received the 1080v10 and right shoe after one week later the stitching was off. Reported that to company and one of the customers service after I sent him several pictures, offered to take the shoes back and in return offered me 100 Euro coupon and of course no refund on my shoes. Further more the communication is quite slow, and as a repeat customer and as customer this is unacceptable. I thought that NB stranded for a good company but I guess u r proving me wrong.

where is my order?

I've payed for my order am 21.06 but still got nothi8ng, no order movement, no antwort from support, they ignore my emails, they don't give a possibility to cancel an order, their online chat is not working. worst kundenservice in the world. Where is my *** order New Balance? If you can't complete it just cancel it so i can get my money back!!!!!
