Its extremely disappointing quality of those dresses, for the money they cost. Also you cant return something you had ordered online in the physical stores. I am not ordering from them again!

No invoice was sent with the purchase…
No invoice was sent with the purchase so there was no Returns address on it. I had ordered a size to small but had to send emails to obtain an address. Had no reply but order another item which did have an
Invoice with it so at last was able to get a Returns address. Was disappointed as had paid for the items
Which I returned so now awaiting a replacement in a bigger size.

My blouse arrived very quickly. The quality was excellent! I am so thrilled with it, very pretty. The size was spot on, ( I bought a small) I'm mostly an 8, but sometimes a 10.( usually cheaper clothes shops.)
