Fun Products, Foreign Sizing
This was my first order with Newchic, I bought several cute t-shirts for myself. The shirts took a bit to ship out, but I am in the US and it seems they were coming out of China so this was reasonable. I contacted their support when I was worried about the shipment and was provided with a tracking number and shipping confirmation. The prints looked as advertized and were decent quality for the price, I am just a bit sad because they were still too small for me despite going a size up from my usual in US measurements. Hopefully they can provide a chart with metrics for sizes so people can choose the right size, this is why I am giving 4 stars, otherwise it was a good experience.

I would never order anything from them…
I would never order anything from them again. I was stalled with my return as well as refund! About 2 months only empty words and please wait! They gave me wrong information for the return and at the end you say it's my fault and money I have not received anything back! The maximum you want to give me is 50% and send me back the clothes I do not want! Absolutely no correct behavior and zero customer orientation! Never again will I order anything here!

Printed Fabric is bwautiful and is very comfortable

Cool shirts but prepare for a long wait and check your bank
I'm happy with the shirts I ordered, but the time I waited for them to be shipped (from China) and clear customs probably wasn't worth it.
I also discovered that the amount I had paid had somehow been added as a biweekly direct debit to my bank account. Not sure how that happened since it was a one-off purchase but thankfully I spotted it and cancelled it immediately. I don't know if NewChic are to blame for this, but it's never happened before with other online retailers I've ordered from, and it was obviously pretty alarming and so for that reason I wouldn't order from them again.

First experience, last experience....
The size chart given by the website is totally wrong. I wished a replacement order and try to obtain the accurate size from the customer service but get no reply other than "check the size chart". It's a shame because the shirts are cool, the prices are nice and the delivery went well.

T-shirt very nice but too small 2xL. It looks like L. I would have to order 3xL or even 4. That is twice as much.A very nice shirt, made very elegantly and carefully. The material is wonderful to touch and the colors are beautiful. The only disadvantage is the size. I ordered the 2XL because I wear it. I will order the same one again, but the size 4XL and I think this one will be perfect for me
