I ordered uggs from here 2 weeks ago
I ordered uggs from here 2 weeks ago. I was excited to receive my order. I ordered the golden coast uggs.
Once the shoes were delivered I opened them and was surprised to see I had not received the uggs I ordered but another pair of tasman ugg which are completely different to what I ordered.
I wrote to Newcop last week and still have not received an email back with information to return my shoes.

I only received one of the two items
I had a very disappointing experience with this store.
I placed an order for a hoodie and matching sweatpants. However, I only received one of the two items — the hoodie. The second item was never delivered.
More importantly, after verifying the product through Certilogo (the official authentication system used by many brands), the item was confirmed as NOT AUTHENTIC.
I contacted customer support immediately to report both issues:
• missing item
• counterfeit product
Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
This raises serious concerns:
• selling counterfeit goods
• incomplete delivery
• complete lack of customer service
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when ordering from this store.
I am currently escalating the case through my payment provider and consumer protection channels.
