You are not protected when you get scammed and they purposely fail to fight a chargeback. What they do is they send it off, but if the merchant replies, they see it as a loss, and they say they lost the chargeback without even contacting you for more evidence to rebut. So for purchases YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED, AND SECTION 75 MAKES IT HARD TO CLAIM; they also side with the merchants.
The best card protection when it comes to section 75 or chargebacks with similar problems, in my experience, is

Credit cards and debit cards ABOVE—they will fight for you, but NewDay / FLUID will just scam you. If you look at their repartition online, these are not the good guys; they will scam you. MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES AND SAY GO OMBUDSMEN, WHICH IS SOMETIMES JUST A WASTE OF TIME.
How I resolved it.
Don't try this at home. due to me not having assets or anything of value. And I don’t care about credit ratings; due to them scamming me, I just stop paying them. CCJs, court, or bailiffs mean nothing to me.
THEY ALLOWED TO CHASE PAYMENTS FOR 6 YEARS, BUT THEY WILL GET NOTHING; THEY JUST WASTED THEIR MONEY. THEN THEY WILL EITHER SELL IT ON

I get some good balance transfer offers and my account is easy to service. I think it's about time the card design was updated and also the removal of embossed digits. Marbles is the only card I have like this now. I can't understand why my card has such a short expiry date. The APR is on the high side considering my credit score is excellent, but then I primarily use the card for balance transfers.

I raised a complaint about being discriminated against by one of NewDay's staff members on their Aqua credit card mobile app live chat facility.
The staff member alluded to a note on my account stating I was unable and in capable of managing my finances due to my severe visual impairments, which I naturally took great exception to as I have never ever said, inferred, or implied that to be the case whatsoever.
My complaint based on this act of discrimination was not upheld.
Due to my complaint not being upheld, it appears NewDay actively encourages discrimination and stigmatism against visually impaired people such as myself.
I am apoplectic with anger and disappointment.
How bloody dare they discriminate against folk with sensory issues and assume because of this, it is automatically thought you cannot manage your finances!
