I live in Hong Kong and purchased my new puppy - a Bichon Frise through NewDoggy. Geza was very helpful in helping me find the perfect puppy for my family. He and his team have found the puppy with the best temperament which suits our family and lifestyle. We put our puppy through one month of training and when she arrived she was almost completely toilet trained, which helped with her settling in. We love our new puppy, thank you Geza and your team for your help. I highly recommend them.

Initially we were very nervous about buying a puppy online as we had never meet the breeders. However the whole team has been nothing but amazing to deal with. Not only did they help us find the perfect puppy, but also arranged international flights, puppy daycare and the most fantastic nanny flew her all the way to us in Monaco.

You can definitely tell Millie comes from a loving caring place, she is already trained and such a happy thriving little dog.

We’re based in the U.S., where dogs can only be imported at six months of age. Because of this, New Doggy had to care for our puppy from the time she was three months old until she was old enough to travel. While we’re incredibly happy she’s now with us and we truly love her, the overall experience with the service was disappointing.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. Once we had paid in full, it felt like the updates stopped. We had to reach out repeatedly just to get basic information about how our puppy was doing. If we didn’t insist on following up, we simply didn’t hear anything. At such an important stage in her development, that silence was incredibly stressful and left us feeling uncertain about what was happening on their end.
We also chose the Puppy Academy package, which is advertised as their most comprehensive training option. Based on their website—and multiple conversations—we expected a well-rounded level of care and socialization. We also sent a specific list of priorities that were important to us: short-leash walks, potty training, elevator exposure, and general city readiness.
While she arrived knowing how to sit and respond to recall, it was clear that many of the other points had not been addressed. She had never been in an elevator before and was terrified. She wasn’t potty trained and had only been walked on a long leash. While we understand she’s still very young and we didn’t expect a perfectly trained puppy, the basic socialization experiences that were promised would have made her transition much smoother.
We are absolutely in love with our dog and we’re fully committed to giving her the best possible life. But we do feel that the process—particularly the lack of communication and the gap between what was promised and what was delivered—fell short. If you’re considering New Doggy and expecting consistent updates or follow-through on training, we’d recommend managing your expectations or exploring other options.

We want to reiterate that we truly love Lizzy—she’s a wonderful dog, and we’re very happy to have her in our lives. Our feedback comes from a place of care and a genuine desire to share our experience honestly, especially given the level of investment and trust we placed in your service.

While we appreciate that you shared videos and photos, the communication during the key months of her development felt inconsistent. Often, we had to initiate contact in order to receive updates, and that made the experience more stressful than it needed to be—particularly after we had paid in full and were relying on your care from afar.
Additionally, we never received her registration or certificates, but the process had already been so exhausting that we didn’t feel we had the energy to keep following up. We simply let it go and focused on settling her in.

Regarding the training: we understand that puppies need time to adapt and that no dog is going to arrive fully trained. But many of the things we discussed—and that were highlighted in the Puppy Academy package—were not reflected in her behavior or experience when she arrived. Our feedback isn’t about expecting a “robot,” but rather that specific, agreed-upon goals weren’t followed through. For example, elevator exposure, short-leash walking, and potty training were all listed as part of her program and were also emphasized in our direct conversations—but were clearly missing. All of this has also been confirmed by the professionals currently helping us with Lizzy’s training.
We don’t doubt that you care for the dogs and made efforts on your side—we just wish the follow-through had matched the expectations set.

We got our husky, Loki, from New Doggy and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish! Not only did Geza & Tran from New Doggy provide us with a happy, healthy, and well-socialized pup, but they also went above and beyond by helping us train Loki. From start to finish, the experience with Geza and team was excellent. I had then made contact with the breeders themselves to arrange how we could get him delivered to New Jersey and how that process and procedure would be if he would need a passport and credentials to come and they were more helpful than ever the breeders they help me with a lot of Of the paperwork that is legit . At the time his name was Chico, but I then asked the breeders if it was OK that I could rename the dog Kodak and they were OK with that . I also got to receive pictures of Kodax when he was overseas playing in the backyard and I also got pictures of the specific food he need. They are very professional and helpful by helping families and couples. Find their soul dog. If you are interested in our looking into purchasing a dog I highly recommend this website. They are legit 100% all the way and will give you the best results that you were looking for any questions and concerns they’re willing to answer at all cost. I still to this. They have a very positive interaction with Kodax’s breeders. And I also send photos here and there to them as well, letting them know that he’s OK and he has been on a dietary supplement and his fur and coat have been pampered every single grooming appointment . And has been up-to-date with vaccinations as well. Again, the miniature chowchow’s puppies I highly recommend getting them because they are well trained the breeders themselves. Make sure that these dogs go out to pee and poop in a respectful manner and are also teaching them to use the PP pads. Their behavior overall is very professional with the dogs. Our experience with NewDoggy was exceptional and so professional every step of the way. Our puppy arrived very healthy and very much as he was described us to be. Although we were nervous about ordering our dog online overseas, we were so happy without experience with New Doggy. The communication from beginning to end was excellent. We got clear pictures on the puppy we were going to get. we chose to do the Academy and it was the best decision we made because she arrived here potty trained, and used to being around people, traveling in a car, walking on a leash, and used to noise. They arranged all the paperwork and made sure that she had all her vaccinations to travel. And in the end we got our beautiful little maltipoo who is amazing and is the cutest member of the family.

Geza and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of adopting our new family member. We were very nervous as we had recently almost been subject to a scam. Geza practically held our hand through the process and did everything he could to ensure I felt comfortable that they are a legitimate company. They are a legitimate company. They are very professional and good at what they do. They help you to match a pet to your requirements and allow you to speak with previous people they’ve worked with who have adopted pets. They also allow you to speak with the breeder of the dogs and we even got to see a live video FaceTime call with the breeder and our dog before we made any commitments to purchasing the dog. We were in Abu Dhabi at the time where as our dog was in Hungary. So the whole process could’ve been very scary and nerve-racking, but Geza and his team made it so that it wasn’t. The dog that we received from Geza is the best dog that we have ever had. He is incredibly well trained, extremely healthy and very obedient. He came to us already trained. I don’t know if that’s the standard or if it was because he was a little bit older than the typical timeframe for adopting puppies.He is a tiny, tiny little Yorky, who we love so much and who we would not have had had it not been for Geza. He connects people with high calibre breeders so that the pet you get is an excellent pet without issues. I will 100% use Geza again and I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a dog. It is so hard to sift through all of the breeders out there, and Geza does that for you so you can trust that who he has are reputable breeders
