Best experience ever
I purchased two French bulldogs from New Doggy some years back. The service they provided was excellent; their professional team behind the scene made sure everything goes smoothly. Even after the dogs arrived we stayed in touch and they kept checking on us, how are we doing. Many years passed but we are still in touch. What I love about them is that they CARE and RELIABLE. They want the best for the dogs and the owners. I would highly recommend them for those would like to grow their family with 4 paws.

Agreement reached with compensation of a new puppy
After my initial review on NewDoggy regarding the sudden death of my poodle pup, Geza from NewDoggy has been in contact with me . After the submission of my pup’s post mortem reports and continued negotiations with Geza, I have finally arrived with a solution with NewDoggy. The company has agreed to compensate a new pup to me over the loss of my pup . I am happy that Geza has followed up with all my questions and concerns. I am hopeful that in time I will receive my new pup , but this is still a timely process and will require a great deal of patience from my part and continuous communications with Geza. In time , I will give another update to see if the company will continue to follow up with my compensation in good faith.

My friend got her dog from newdoggy and she highly recommended them. I'm a first time dog owner and I had A LOT of questions. Geza was very responsive and answerd all of my questions. He guided me through the entire process and everything was done in a timely manner. I was getting regular updates, pictures, and videos while we waited for our puppy to be old enough to travel. Our puppy arrived twow weeks ago with her vaccination book and paperwork, we also got her a basic training. She is a lovely and a happy puppy.

We have purchased an absolute gem of a puppy through this agency:) toy poodle Reishi 🥰 whom we love to PIECES. We were looking for a puppy from this breed for some time , spoke with different breeders, but when I saw the photo of Reishi at the new doggy website - I fell in love and immediately knew that this is a match for us. The whole experience was smooth , the guys were kind, responsive , helpful and overall they delivered good service . I could recommend them . They are knowledgeable about dogs and they care about the puppies that they deal with , they take good care of them. My puppy had ALL necessary vaccines , deworming treatment , my vet was impressed, she said my puppy is in excellent health condition. It’s cool that they have these extras in forms of additional training for the puppy (regular, advanced), we took the advanced one and we received feedback on how our puppy is doing . I think it was enough but for me personally I would’ve really liked to receive a bit more (pics and videos) of how exactly the training takes place, where exactly my puppy is sleeping and all that kind of stuff. I did ask for more info and they did deliver so I can’t complain:) the process of handing the puppy over to me went smooth and Nikolette helped me at the airport to get everything right , which was super kind and I appreciated that a lot . Overall - amazing experience , I’m very grateful and can recommend them to people if they want to buy a puppy . Maybe it would’ve been nice to receive a bit more guidance and info in terms of what I need to buy for the puppy and how often I need to cut his nails and what are some great, high quality snacks to buy for him, this type of info because I wanted to be very prepared for our puppy and I went and looked up a lot of info on my own through books, YouTube videos and also I had a consultation with dog expert which was VERY HELPFUL ! I highly recommend that. But other than that, I am very very happy. Thank you 🙏🏽💜

Great service, quick to respond
We had a very good experience with NewDoggy. Geza and Peter were quick to respond to our questions or concerns. I never thought I would go online to buy a pup. We went for it because a friend referred us after their great experience, and seeing all the good reviews online. Our pup stayed with a NewDoggy trainer for a little while and when we got to meet our boy (at 4 months old), he was in great health and very well socialized. We live in a big city and the dog is completely OK with all the noises and other dogs/people approaching him (so, so happy about that!). Even after the hand over of the dog, they were very available and helped when needed. Thanks Geza, Peter, Kinga, & the rest of the NewDoggy team! I am very pleased with the services that Geza and team had rendered throughout the purchasing process of my Boxer puppy. They are always at hand to to answer queries. Special shout out to Geza for the patience with taking whatsapp calls and with answering all my concerns.
One suggestion that i have is probably to be able to do a video call with the breeder's and be able to look at the parents and the puppy. I think this will greatly boost the confidence of the potential buyer with the interactions.

Dream pup 🐶!
I’d wanted a dog my whole life and in 2023, my dream came true. I did a lot of research on what kind of dog I wanted and settled on a Cavapoo. I couldn’t find any breeders in Switzerland so I look further afield and found NewDoggy. Straight away I saw this cute Cavapoo and enquired… and then I saw another one with white fur round her nose. I asked the team the difference in personality, and they told me she was independent and loving, I was sold.
The whole process was smooth and easy, the team sending me photos and videos prior to her arriving.
When I drove to the airport to pick her up, as I approached an Air France plane flew over, I knew she was on that flight and burst into tears.
When I finally met Frankie, it was love straight away. We were a perfect match! Since that day in November, we have had many adventures and she has become a beautiful, funny, clever, cheeky and loving dog. She turned one last weekend and I am looking forward to many more years with her.
Thank you to the NewDoggy team for bringing this beautiful dog into my life. I still send updates to everyone from time to time because they were so kind, reassuring and had a fantastic service.
