I'm sorry to say but this deserves a 1 star to me, not the movies and series, they are quite calm and oke but the truble starts with cancellation.. I tried to cancel my abbonement about 10 times on several devices.. everytime the server at all devices got stuck or no respond.. even tried to change to monthly abbonement but didnt came true.. i thougt is was arranged, i had my bank nota and saw it wasn't.. the process was soo annoying and frustrated. I mailed them like 1.5 month after i saw the took money from my bank account. I tried to explain, but er was no ear, no excuses, no refund, i guess they can see in there logs i didnt use the app aften and tried many times. It was inproperly to me. So be carefull.. its really incomprehensible to me. Besides this the Download of the app doesnt work, also it doesnt play at windows 7 anymore. It also doesnt work in on holiday Romania the app was blocked by the country. So choose wisely

Watch out, guys. This could be a scam.
The free subscription didn't play any films, so I decided to purchase a subscription because, as a Christian, I really wanted to watch Christian movies. The subscription still didnt play movie. So i wrote to them. They answer you but then leave it unsolved. I think I wrote to them about 20 times and every time a different person wrote back. They answer but then let it go so you have to write again and explain all over again.
They leave you hanging in there and dont solve the problem and just leave.
So what shall i do write again ? 😮💨 no this time they get a bad review!
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. "Sorry to see me go?" I'm sure you are. Your questions in your feedback presupposes a good experience, and despite your name one would think you would be honest. I logged into the free service 20/11/21 and although unsatisfied with the playback ability, because I was unable to view anywhere other than my phone. I have been charged monthly for over two years US$12.95 TOTALLING $336.70 APPROX AU$500. It has taken over two years, despite numerous attempts to cancel, or rectify by email messages I was unable to do so, because you make it so hard to cancel. Today - I gladly spent an hour on the phone with an apple support person to cancel the subscription which I blindly trusted you in good faith would cancel without penalty. 2 years on, numerous emails, over US$300+ and now very happy I get to start this year without you and still trusting in our Lord. No doubt if this has happened to me - it has happened to others.

Also trying to find the unsubscribe plan doesn't appear to be there after trial, as they tried to bill me as I gave them Australia Post Credit Card with not much money on it knowing about the bad reviews! They tried to bill me without permission, hence it didn't go through! I feel this is a scam! I have now closed my account with New Faith Network! Not happy Jan!
It's easy to access
It's easy to access. It's really good content, I like romance movies and true stories, plus bible movies. The movies are clean and pure. I'm not usually a TV person. So sometimes it's nice to relax and just do something different. That's my story 🙏😊

I love that their movies are always clean and decent. A lot more content than there used to be and some pretty decent movies. Sure there are a few glitches but I have seen improvement and I will continue supporting NFN as I am all for decent Christian content and the more support they receive, the better they will become.

The NFN TV app does not work, which is frustrating; we have to watch on tablet , desktop or computer!

Connectivity issues. Restarts whole episode if your device locks which is really frustrating when you have limited time to watch and you have to find out manually where your up too.
No way to find out how to cancel subscription / free trial before i get charged...
Now i have been charged and i am furious about it as i searched for days as to how long free trial is for and how to cancel before i get charged.

We enjoy not having all the junk content you find on other streaming channels.
What is annoying are the subtitles that automatically pop up and the difficulty in deleting them - does not happen with other providers.
Also have had difficulty with the series Hetty Feather when wanting to go on to the next episode taking you back.
Perhaps a technical issue with the way you have set up the process.
Otherwise we are enjoying the content, just the process needs some refining perhaps.

Quality Television Experiences
I have enjoyed the quality of the movies watched. Most have had good story lines and strong character development.
I would have ranked 5 star except that subtitles come up for every movie, which is annoying. Further frustration is that the option to turn them off is hard to keep still once highlighted. It would be easier for most clients if turning on the subtitles was an option, not turning them off.
It is also difficult most of the time to keep the movie choice highlighted and once you press start, the next movie comes on. This doesn't happen with other streaming apps I watch, so it is not my remote. It appears to be a technical glitch according to a tech expert I consulted regarding this.
Otherwise my family and I have been enjoying the selection of movies we have watched.
Beware of their cancelling process.
Despite cancelling my trial subscription on time, I was billed for that first subscription, causing a great deal of inconvenience and frustration to deal with the matter. I have heard from others they have had a similar experience, so beware.
