You can keep your shared experience as it is and just upgrade the number of start to 4-5 stars in order for the system to enable the refund and once the money reflects in your account you could edit the content of your review.

When I got in touch to say that I never registered with you you admittley cancelled my subscription.

The customer service was great. I am conducted by Angelie.

An absolute joke of a company. Have had to contact fraud department for misleading people into subscriptions. They sell a product for £2.00. Get your details and automatically you are subscribing to £47+ every month to earn credits to purchase goods. Apparently the £2 is a membership fee and not related to the purchase of any goods at all
