Troy and the team have been absolutely brilliant. Total transparency in what they do, work in a very professional manner would recommend anybody buying a new build property to use this company.

Had my new build inspected by Helen who was happy to answer all my questions and take my concerns into account. Super friendly and very thorough inspection and finding things that I wouldn't have even thought to check. Had the report back super quick too. Fantastic and will be back to use this service again if I need it.

Orlando was brilliant, conducted an extremely detailed inspection identifying issues I would have never picked up on myself. As a first time buyer, new build especially, I was not confident what to look for. We booked the post-completion inspection via their online booking system, 2 weeks prior to our completion date. A day before our inspection date, Cameron got in contact to introduce himself and confirm the details.

He arrived on time and got straight to work, completing a thorough check of the property inside and out, which was then detailed in a report delivered to us in good time via email. Not only did he do a great job, he also took the time to ensure our developer provided us with the correct documentation, which in this case was brilliant because we were in fact missing a proper compliance certificate.

The booking process was straightforward and well organised, and communication throughout was clear and prompt. The inspection itself was carried out professionally and thoroughly, which gave us real confidence in understanding the condition of the property before fully settling in.

The report was detailed, easy to follow, and highlighted both minor and more important issues clearly. It’s been extremely useful for us as we work through items with the developer and get everything resolved early on.

We also appreciated how quickly the report was turned around after the inspection, allowing us to review everything without delay.

New Home Quality Control have been brilliant to deal with throughout this process. They have been accommodating and understanding when some issues arose with access and have completed the snagging on the date and time agreed with a report being received incredibly quickly afterwards. The report is thorough and has highlighted many things which we couldn't have identified ourselves. The photos and comments are clear and very helpful.
Booking was also very simple.

Highly recommend this service for new build properties within their 2 year warranty for peace of mind. My inspector Helen was very polite, professional and thorough.

It’s our first home and we had no idea what faults to look for when buying a house, however booking an inspection made it so much easier. There are faults I would have no idea existed without an inspection. (Paul) was really helpful, he kept me updated constantly with what was going on and what times he arrived and left, with updates how it went and everything else. New Home Quality Control arranged a survey very quickly. Tony arrived as arranged and was really pleasant and helpful. The report was prepared rapidly and highlighted a number of issues we had not noticed or hadn’t realised mattered.

We booked New Home Quality Control to carry out the snagging on our new property just post completion. Paul contacted us a few days before to introduce himself and to give us a time he would be arriving.
He was very friendly and helful and explained the process in full. He was incredibly thorough and checked everything, many of which we would not have known about. He also answered all our questions and explained things very clearly.
The report was sent the following day and is incredibly thorough, clear and concise.
The report will give us a greater confidence when we discuss the issues identified with the on site team.

Excellent home snagging company. The survey took 4 hours where our new build property was throughly inspected and 126 snags identified by Orlando. The report contains images along with a description and has been sent to the developer to action. The report also quotes NHBC guidelines and is very professional. Excellent customer service and the report was sent promptly. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Stefan was great. As I’m not in the building trade myself my knowledge in this part isn’t very good. Stefan too time to explain what he had found. Stefan was easy to talk to and very friendly. Within 2 days I had an email with all the relevant information along with the legal NHBC numbers. Highly recommend for any first time buyers, or even buying a new build property

I used New Home Quality Control for a snagging survey on my new‑build home and I’m very happy with the service. They identified a large number of snags, including several issues I would never have noticed myself, which really shows how thorough and experienced they are.

They were very friendly and informative, explaining everything clearly. They even took additional photos purely for our reference, showing how some of the services look in areas you normally don’t have access to, which was extremely helpful.

Overall, a great experience and excellent peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a new‑build property.

Professional service done by Gino. Did an excellent job of finding snags in our new home and kept me informed. Our original date to have our house inspected was moved since the builders were still installing the carpeting, but Gino was able to get us booked in the very next day. Would highly recommend the services of NHQC to anyone buying a new home.
