Agent was helpful
My main reason for 4 star rather than 5 is the single supplement charge, which was nearly £300 and this just gets me a smaller single room
The single supplement should make up for the other half cost of the double room. But aparently, it does not. Most hotels sell rooms at a room rate. Disappointing but hoping the trip will be good.

A great trip to Belfast with Newmarket and guide Tony
A great trip to Belfast with Newmarket. Appreciated the prompt and helpful assistance when our flight was cancelled at short notice. Tony, our tour manager and guide was great. From his reassuring welcome text confirming numbers and giving transfer instructions, his texts and very reassuring phone call regarding our changed travel arrangements and advice on obtaining a taxi to our hotel to his friendliness, efficiency, incredible knowledge, story telling and jokes and recommendations. He packed as much as possible into our tours and at each pick up would run ahead of the coach to gather everyone before the coach arrived. A great asset to the company ably assisted by coach driver Martin.

Patience was excellent.
Patience was polite, thorough and very helpful. she made up for the fact that Newmarket had not provided any checkin details wiyth their info pack. also the vueling website wpould not log me in even though I had enterted the booking ref number correctly. Patience actually booked us on to out and return flight herself and emailed the documents to us.
this is our second holiday with Newmarket. 1st flight also failed to brovide adequate check ion details. This is an area the company needs to get a grip on. Bujt Patience. excellent.

We really enjoyed it from start to…
We really enjoyed it from start to finish. The booking process was easy. Everything was really well organised. We were always collected on time and reached each destination on schedule. Our hotel was in a perfect location and was well above what we expected. Tony was a great informative guide and blended just the right mixture of historical facts with amusing stories. He made lots of helpful suggestions about where we could go in our free time. Our cheerful driver made us feel safe even on some of the more twisty, rural roads.

Our tour to Molvano
Molvino and surroundings is such a beautiful place with lots to do and see.
Our hotel, the Ariston was very good, good food, nice rooms and excellent staff who were always fun and very helpful. Our tour guide Mariangela was excellent, she was knowledgeable, very well organised and fun to be with.

Beautiful Balestrand in Norway
I have recently returned from a successful trip to the Western Fjords of Norway with a large group of like-minded folks. The scenery was stunning, the historic hotel in the pretty village of Balestrand was a joy to stay in with an impressive restaurant catering for breakfast and dinner and the itinerary well thought out. Fiona was a very efficient and knowledgeable guide with a good sense of humour and happy to go the extra mile to ensure everyone enjoyed the trip and that all arrangements went smoothly.
A suggestion which I think would make the trip go even better would be to stay the first night in Bergen as our flights arrived at lunchtime and we could have had the rest of the day and half of the next day there before wending our way to Balestrand. Instead, after a long transfer to Balestrand, we had to return the next day with an 8 hour round trip by ferry just to spend four hours there. Or perhaps add an extra day or cut out one of the leisure days in favour of a full day in Bergen. Most of the group I spoke to were in favour of this as it would have maximised the time we had enjoying such an important city.
A very enjoyable trip which I heartily recommend
