What brilliant service we received
What brilliant service we received, we had trouble trying to get our boarding passes from Easy Jet, who gave us no help. We rang Newmarket and Tasha came to our rescue, she talked us through every step of the way, she was clear in providing the information, was very patient and pleasant. We couldn’t have done it without her help. Thank you Tasha, you’re a gem, much appreciated.

We have just returned from the Belfast…
We have just returned from the Belfast and Titanic Experience tour. We had a great time. Tony, our tour manager was welcoming, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and overall just a great tour guide. Nothing was too much bother for him. From the welcoming text before we left home to the farewell message after we left. I’d highly recommend this tour to everyone

Rang back by Jesse
Rang back by Jesse (Robertson). He introduced himself, I informed him that I had a problem in obtaining boarding passes from Easy Jet, assured me that he was there to help me. He kept me informed of actions he was taking and emailed passes. I enquired which seats we had been allocated and told I would have to contact EasyJet if I wanted allocated seat, this would incur additional cost.
Not informed of this when booking.
Jesse was very, very patient with me as I kept interrupting and asking questions. Never rushed or interrupted me.
He sounded happy as if he enjoyed his work and that made me smile. 😄

What a great team
The trip was excellent from landing at Belfast airport to being dropped off going back to Newcastle. Tony, the tour manager,couldn’t have been any better. He was so easy to get along with with a great sense of humour. His knowledge was second to none. Martin, who drove the coach, was also a lovely guy. He was able to advise on all the best pubs to visit and his driving was excellent. All in all they were a great team, a credit to your company. I really enjoyed my holiday and it was made all the better by these two guys

Pousadas in Portugal. Ryanair flight booking
I want to give a 5 star review to JESSE
for his help and patience with our flights for our Pousadas in Portugal Holiday .
Despite following Newmarket’s instructions as to the process of booking our flight seats so that we could check in - it was almost impossible !!!
I telephoned for advice and help having nieces have to do this for ourselves.
Reason for booking the holiday was because we thought all arrangements would be organised by Newmarket Not so !!
We have previously travelled with SAGA where EVERYTHING was done by them.

A little more bespoke tour
We needed a little more bespoke tour to the New England in the fall next year as we are 2 single travellers. Two members of staff put together our tour and arranged this with the hotels in the USA. They are looking to help with any upgrades later. Thank you to Lucy and another lady who helped complete the holiday tour arrangements.

Kate was very helpful she listened to my request said she would have to make a telephone call and then call me back
As good as her word she called me back on the first working day after the bank holiday
She had confirmed that we would have double rooms throughout our trip

Titanic Experience and Giants Causeway
At the beginning of the tour our flight was cancelled. The lady I spoke to in the emergency team couldn’t have been more helpful making sure the change of flight was properly arranged and the holiday put back on track.
From then on Tony the Tour manager spoke on the telephone and messaged regarding transport from the airport to make fresh arrangements. Over the rest of the holiday he was an excellent guide. He worked tirelessly to ensure that everything worked smoothly and on time. He was a credit to your organisation.
