I definitely recommend Newpadel!
I wanted a particular padel racket. I contacted several on line stores. Most didn’t answer, others had the racket available on line but when asked they were out of stock. Newpadel were easy to contact, had the racket I wanted. I ordered it and it arrived the next day with a protector, cover, wrist band, grip and great T-shirt! Racket is great! Online shopping can be risky but I can definitely recommend New Padel!

I have bought 2 rackets from them
I have bought 2 rackets from them, which were available at their site and paid for it. Next day I got an email referring one of the rackets was not available (although still available for anyone to pay for it in their site). NewPadel proposed an exchange that I did not accept. They are legit since they returned my money back; though, their answers and support was far from acceptable, and it was unnecessary to wait and have my money stalled for more than one week. It's pretty simple to have sold out sign in their site. When I mentioned that, they said they cannot remove products from the catalog due to providers agreement. Removing from catalog is not the same than avoiding people to buy products that are not available. A lot to improve here
