Stay away unless you want to throw your money away! Purchased two tickets in July for Sept. flights, never received tickets - multiple calls each time told a different story about when I would get my confirmation number - 1st 2 hours, then 4-8 hours then 24 hours then 48 hours, constantly getting hung up on - I had to but other tickets 2 days prior to my trip - which cost way more - am trying to get my refund - 3 emails to the company all responses are canned responses, at least 10 calls - and nothing - on hold forever then the phone hangs up. When I did speak with an agent he stated the reason for the delay is because of COVID - Give me a break - COVID did not impact them taking my money in July! It is now October and still no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If don't want to be scammed get your tickets somewhere else. these people take your money

I booked a ticket through this company for an American Airlines flight for October in June and never received my E-ticket. I called on numerous occasions and was told to wait one to two hours. When I called back they said wait it should be in my email in 24 hours. I never received it. Then I called again and they said they "Airline" was taking longer than usual. They canceled my ticket and hopefully I will get the refund as they said in 5 to 6 days. We will see! Not happy I had to rebook a flight at short notice which cost me more money and my flight funds on another carrier. Do not use this site to book travel!

If it was an option, I wouldn’t even select a star! If it were possible they’d get negative five stars! I have been requesting a refund for MONTHS, I mean literally months!!!! The process was started March 26th and here it is today, September 8th and still no refund. I have emailed several times. I have called even more times, like 25 times and each time I’m told something totally different! I’ve been told I need to email other addresses with no response! I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Save yourself the hassle and just look for the next business who actually cares about customers!

Purchased airfare for me and my wife through this site and were never notified that the departure flight was cancelled. I received a text notification that my flight would be on time I could check in online. Unfortunately I waited to check in at the airport where we learned the flight had been cancelled two weeks earlier. I called the customer service number to inquire what occurred and was put on hold after briefly explained to the rep what occurred. After waiting for over 30 minutes the call was disconnected. I then was able to rebook the departure flight 2 DAYS LATER.
I then had to rebook my rental car which because I was now in a short window prior to travel cost me $300 extra! If all this wasn’t bad enough, when we arrived for our now rescheduled departure flight, we were told the third party booking company had CANCELED our flight. Fortunately the very same airline employee who had rebooked our departure flight was working and helped resolve the issue and got us on the flight but we had to pay for two more tickets! I’ve not been able to confirm the original tickets that were canceled have been refunded but I expect this to be yet another ordeal.
If I could give this anything below 1 rating I would do so! The absolute worst.

Do not use this company!!! They screwed up my flight dates, and when I called them to correct the dates, they informed me that it would cost me twice as much. I canceled and asked for a refund. They said ok and sent me an email confirming a refund. That was almost 2 months ago and I’ve never seen it. Now when I give them my booking number by phone, they disconnect. 3 times in a row with 3 different agents. Save your money for a real company!!

I have called many times and emailed customer care many times. They told me I would get a refund check in 6 to 8 weeks. NEVER HAPPENED. I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Jack Wilson he said 1 week.
Called last week spoke to Ayde he said 2 days. NEVER HAPPENED. THEY OWE ME MONEY. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE RUN AROUND AND IT MAKES THEM LOOK LIKE FRAUDS!!!! BTW....WHEN IS MY REFUND CHECK COMING???

SCAM! Read past the 5 Starts that get added immediately after a bad Review gets posted to push all the bad ones down. Same as everyone else, no E-ticket then told the flight was canceled and there were no others available on that same flight. My refund was never received and when I was told weeks later (after multiple communications) that it would take 1-2 billing cycles I knew I had been had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND WRITE A REVIEW JUST LIKE THIS ONE SO OTHER PPL KEEP MAKING REVIEWS TO OFFSET THE FAKE 5 STAR ONES THEY IMMEDIATELY POST AFTER THE BAD ONES!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been hung up more times than I’ve been helped. I’ve had a flight booked and paid for through this site for 3 weeks and still haven’t received my E-Ticket which the confirmation email says I should have gotten shortly after the payment went through. I’ve called every Thursday and Friday since and each time was promised by customer service I would have it in an hour or two. After 3 or 4 hours I would call back having not received the ticket and they wouldn’t even take my call. I would call and get hung up on and call back to the same result 3 or 4 times. I paid $207 for a flight that I’m not even sure I’ll be able to board.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM, my son purchased his flight in May(months a head of time) paid for it and got all the appropriate booking numbers and confirmation numbers. The flight was supposed to be on United he called the day before as he had not yet received my e ticket information , the man on the phone (Indian based) said his flight was not a confirmed flight and it would be another 700.00 to get on the flight. I called United right away and they said they New Travel Trip had never purchased the ticket. He has been planning this trip for months, I called United and they said since it is a third party who did not purchase the ticket there is nothing they can do. I have spent hours on the phone and they finally admitted they did not purchase the ticket and he has yet to get his money back. I am also filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau this is unexceptionable business practice.

I purchased what I thought was two tickets. After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said, I started to investigate. United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded. Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets. Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight. DO NOT USE this company. It's a SCAM!!!

My experience with this company was beyond horrible. I purchased a plane ticket about 2 and a half weeks before my trip and received a confirmation email stating that my ticket would be emailed to me shortly. A week goes by and I noticed that I had not received my ticket. I called them to inquire about the situation only to find out that they had not purchased my ticket due to what they claim was a lag between my purchase and my bank paying the money out, so evidently their policy is to not purchase the ticket in this scenario and to also not inform the buyer that there was a problem. So only due to the fact I called them was I able to find this out. They offered to refund my money (which they still happily withdrew from my account) and purchase another ticket for me for an additional $30 over the price I paid a week prior! So to summarize, they made a mistake, did not inform me, and then wanted to overcharge me for the same ticket. I was flummoxed to say the least. And to add insult to injury, I will have to wait 28 days for my refund. This company is garbage. Make your travel plans elsewhere!

Wow! Just wow! Some people sure know how to scam. Gotta give “credit” for that… but never your credit card. NEVER. Just after someone I know personally left an awful review, there instantly appeared a number of good reviews. The scammers themselves write these oh so good reviews so that the bad reviews go way down the list. Also, the second “itinerary” that was sent was sent through TravelReimagine.. like, huh? Thought this was through NewTravelTrip…. But whatever… And, when you try to find the official site for “New Travel Trip”, it says the page is not available… hmmm. Red flag alert. It all seems so legit, but it’s not. Do. Not. Trust. These. People. Oh, and when you see this review, NewTravelTrip, I hope you’re having a spectacular day. Enjoy writing your fake reviews to put this one way down the list!

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously they're scammers! HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PEOPLE. And all the good reviews are the scammers themselves.

Do not book with this company. They are a scam. I booked a flight through them on July 12th and received a "booking reference" number and was told I would receive my e-ticket in a separate email. One month later, after MULTIPLE calls and emails to their customer service, I still have not received the e-ticket. I reached out to American Airlines, who I was supposed to be flying with and they stated I was not booked on the flight.

Dude I cancelled my booking flight and I waited up too 7-14 days and i even gave it some extra time, and I haven’t received anything back. Don’t waste your time, all they’re going to do is scam you

I booked, then made changes. I was told they would refund the original amount, and I would pay for the next booking separately. I did that. I was told I would receive a refund in 5-10 days. I didn't, so I called. I was told then it would be 10 business days. At 10 business days I still had no refund and called back. Was then told 15 business days. Still no refund. Called again, was told they needed a few days to process. I told them they had already had 15 business days, so I needed my money back. Then, I asked for a supervisor. I've been hung up on 4 times so far when I call back. I'm trying to be nice, but this place is ridiculous!

IT HAS TAKEN THIS OUTFIT 4 MONTHS TO REFUND A DOUBLE CHARGE FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. Do your self a favor go somewhere else

Do not give them any money! They didn’t book my flight at all, ever. But they sent me a pretty email stating that they did, even typed a “confirmation number “. We all can type random numbers. Kiss your money goodbye
