I wish I could give them a lower…

I wish I could give them a lower number. I ordered a two-piece outfit and it was delivered delivered, but it was size small and I needed an extra small. I have tried four days to get in touch with them and have been unable to. This is the first time that I have left such a review. I called the telephone number numbers provided, and neither one of them is working. I would like to return the product, but I can’t get a hold of them no matter what I do.

This company is a SCAM!!!

This company is a SCAM!!!! I never received my order, you can only reach them via email (no phone number to speak with anyone). I have asked them multiple times via email to please resend the order with a signature required upon delivery. They kept telling me that they are looking into the situation, and now, three weeks later, they are no longer responding to my email.

Anyone who states they had a good experience with this company must be paid to do so. They could care less about their customers or trying to resolve any situation. I just have to take the lost, but I discourage anyone not to order from them. They do not care about pleasing their customers. I wish that I could give them zero stars because they truly do not deserve the one, I HAD to give them.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, I got a large dress and I received the dress for a giant! Is even comical.

my bad luck is that I paid with their credit card and now they won’t refund me for all their mistakes (partial deliveries and defective items)

Horrible Experience

If I could give this company a -10 I would, customer service has gone to the dumpster. My order was supposed to be here last Friday, it's Monday, I still don't have it. Last time I ordered I had to reverse the charges on my card to get my money back. I completely forgot how horrible this company is, I will NEVER EVER order from them again.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! I placed a large order that needed to be sent in 2 packages. A little over a week after my 2nd package didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service via email and was told that the remaining items were cancelled as they weren’t in stock.

I was told I’d get a refund in 3-5 days. Checked today and they’re now telling me that my items aren’t eligible for the refund and to take it up with my bank.

I tried calling the customer service number and they never answer. I emailed back asking why I’m now not getting my refund and they haven’t responded.

So, I now don’t have my merchandise and won’t get a refund.

I will NEVER order from them again. They used to be reliable and now they’re just thieves.

Terrible Company

I returned my merchandise on December 13, 2023. I received a refund in April 2024. I think New York and Company is being sold. All of the clothes are final sale at 80% off, and there are no customer reviews on the website. I won't ever order from them again.

You'll be waiting months for your refund

While I was happy with the quality the product, the return process has been horrific. I returned some items at the end of January 2024. It is now May 28, 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund. They keep giving me the excuse that there is a delay at the facility that handles the returns. I received notification that my return was accepted in February. The line to call does not have a person answer. You get shifted wo voicemail and no one returns the call. Emails are equally unsuccessful. They just say there's been a delay, and they're working on it.

I have been a faithful customer for years. This does it for me. Totally unacceptable.

I would rate it lower if I could

I would rate it lower if I could. I ordered March 5, 2024 and today is May 2, 2024, paid credit card bill and still no items. Customer Service does not exist, reported to the BBB and still no resolve. Ever since they changed CEO and went to online only, it has turned to nothing but a scam. I have shopped with them since they were Lerner NewYork.

Do Not Shop at NY&Company

I would rate this store lower if I could. I paid for my order several days ago and it hasn’t shipped. There is no customer service number to call for orders and the numbers provided on the website have horrible customer service! It is easily noticed that the reps. have no customer service training. I just want my money refunded at this point but am unable to get any help. It has been the worst customer service experience that I have experienced.

This company used to be good but ever…

This company used to be good but ever since last few years and they closed physical stores, their customer service sucks. I emailed few times and got no response. There's no phone number to call. There's no way of trying clothes on if it's final sale. I'm now stuck with clothes that doesn't fit me.

NY&C is a RIPOFF

Purchased items on Nov. 21, 2023 ($71.07 incl. shipping). Returned items Dec 12, 2024. Did not get a refund in Jan. 2024, started calling and got weird messages that didn't make sense. Called many times and sent emails with no responses. Refund should be $59.13 but have not received to this day! Will report to the FTC, BBB and any other organization that supports consumers. Will also file charges with court system. NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! REVIEWS NEED TO HAVE A ZERO ON THE SCALE BECAUSE THEY DESERVE A ZERO.

How to get even with NY&Co for ripping you off

I too was scammed out of money by this company. Since there is little to no recourse, I've just started signing up their email for all sorts of junk email on a daily basis. I also like to just call their number on speaker phone and when the vm comes on (because they don't answer their phone, even during regular business hours), I just blow an airhorn at them. Join me and let's drive these people...either crazy or out of business! I even signed them up for their own email, which is just about impossible to unsubscribe from. Ha! They work for me now.

Placed my order on March 10,2024 and…

Placed my order on March 10,2024 and never was sent to the US postal service so I'm assed out $61.00. I already reported them to the BBB so hopefully something will be done for customers who lost money to be refunded. No one answers calls nor emails. Totally awful as online company!! Never no more will I ever shop this site again!!!!!!!!!

Lousy way to conduct business

I have been buying from this company for over 10 years. Not sure if they changed management but now when I order, there is no return label or phone number to call. So I call synchrony, which is their bank, they gave me 2 sets of numbers. The first tries to sell me insurance, the second says I've reached them outside of business hours and to leave a message. No one ever call back and of course the time to return has elapsed. So now I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit. I also went on their site and found an address to return another item, and I never got the credit for it. Not a great way to do business. I will also bring this to BBB.

Wow SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!!! I have been with them for years Now when I ask for customer service IT SAYS THEY ARE ON HOLIDAY!!!!!! What f holiday!!!!! Yet they keep selling their clothes and I have a NY&COMPANY CC YET WHEN I WENT TO PAY ANOTHER PAYING SITE KEPT POPPING UP WHY? Are they going out of business? That’s the only conclusion I can come too I had to get rid of SHOP in order to make them stop trying to make me pay through them when I have a NYCOMP CC!!!! It’s a shame because I got so many compliments on their clothes I am gonna see if Gabriele is still with NY COMP IF NOT; that means something is going on and not telling us yet!!!!! Damit

Do Not Order!

Do Not, I repeat NOT order from this company. I ordered some clothing and most of it was poor quality and did not fit. I returned the clothing in December and still have not received my refund.

I've emailed 8 times and have never received a response. I've called several times and left messages with no response.
