I returned items that I did not want from an order that was placed with them. I received the email that the return was received and a refund would occur in the next 7-10 business days. Its been since 12/14/23 and still no refund. I have emailed and they reply saying refund is coming. I have spoken to "customer service" and they said they would "expedite" the refund but still no refund. I have reached out to the BBB and sent them a complaint about this company as well. This company is the worse and I will not be ordering anything more from them and suggest anyone think twice about ordering as well.

Like everyone else, I have yet to be refunded for my return. How are these people allowed to operate?

I will never order from New York and company again . I ordered a jacket and returned it. I never received my refund. It has been over 4 months ago. The simply took my money Ty You can never get anyone o the phone and when you go They pretend that they will refund you but never do . They are scammers . Please do t order from them . You will never receive your refund if you have to return your item.

Every since New York & Company has went to "on-line only" their customer service has been in the toilet! I placed an ordered online the same way I always have (I've had an account for 15yrs) I used the delivery address that I always have used, the way they recommended for me, all you need to do is click on it. They sent my package to another state. When I proceeded to reach out about not receiving it they gave me the runaround telling me to wait. I went through UPS for delivery tracking information that UPS gave me, a very detailed report which I sent to NY&Co email. They still have not refunded my money nor do did I receive the package. This has been nearly 2 months ago. They have no live person to answer the customer service number, only a recording and I have been communicating through emails which they only respond to sparingly. At this point I just want my money refunded! Looks like they took my money and didn't give me a product. Never again..... I'm done with their horrible service! This has been on-going since 10/19/23 and is currently still not resolved today.

I returned their product immediately because I was not pleased with the quality of the product. Their agent picked up the package on 11/21/23 and I am still waiting for my refund as of today 12/8/23. This is unacceptable, I will never order from them again. I want all of my money back, including the shipping fee/returns fee. I would not have returned it if I was satisfied with the product and of course I would not know this until I actually receive it. Since they no longer have a brick and mortar store, they think it is okay to stick the customer for the return. I have sent them the tracking ticket, yet I still do not have my money. I am warning you do not buy from this company. They have very poor business practices. I wish I could give them zero stars.

When I order my items, they show in stock. Because it takes them 2-3 weeks to ship my orders, the items are out of stock!!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾😡😡😡😡😡Today I waited for a representative for over 2 hours!!!!

Order never delivered. I reached out to customer service and they passed me around to 5 CS reps. No one wanted to help me. Just looking for my order that I paid for. Horrible Customer Service.

In March 2023 recently i ordered a couple of items that didn’t work out for me. Returned them within 10 days of receiving them and never received a refund. My order id is #59430

I ordered clothes that were very cheaply made. I returned them via UPS and the company sent a confirmation email. It is now over four weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. This is very shady. I would caution anyone from purchasing clothes from this store. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Emailed them a few weeks later and they said they were running behind. 2 months pass by and I still hadn’t received a refund. Contacted them and they said it was still pending. I finally contacted my credit card company and only then did they process my refund. I’m sure people have been screwed over plenty of times assuming they received their refund. I know they are having issues but found this whole ordeal to be very strange.

The quality at NY&CO can sometimes be questionable and you never know when that's going to be. I mostly purchase work clothing on the website and buy a lot of blazers and matching pants. I've gotten some of the best jackets I own from them and some that were so bad I had to send them back.
Their Gabrielle Union line of clothing is a complete rip off and I won't ever order that again after receiving too many inferior garments that cost extra because they are called Gabrielle Union. Stay away from those clothes on the website.
Their suits are always cute and trendy and consist of beautiful colors but most of them are cut weirdly. The sleeves are always 4" too long on every jacket. I usually have to debate whether or not I like the garment enough to get it altered by a professional. When I have paid to fit them properly they have turned out to be some of my favorite garments.
Stay away from trendy items that are only going to be worn once or twice because they will not be something you can wear later. They have a tremendous amount of clothing that falls into this category. Stick with the classic simpler pieces that you can use year after year. I have clothing from NY&CO that I count on as the staple to my suits but it's because I chose wisely.
NY&CO is great for simple yoga pants and tee shirts. When applying a coupon to purchases like these you can get the pieces for just a few dollars and they are comfortable and hold up for years.
Basically it's hit or miss with this company. If you're a wise shopper you can do well on NY&CO's website. If you're attracted to flashy trendy pieces you probably won't be able to use them for long.
One great thing about NY&CO is the fact that they have Afterpay which allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal payments. Afterpay allows me to get things I would have to wait for without it.

Wow! I praise GOD that I had a great experience with this company. I ordered a gorgeous outfit for Christmas wear and special occasion. It is simply beautiful and it came in approximately 9 days. I saw other reviews and got antsy lol. I reached out to them and let them know I had informed PayPal about my concerns. Not sure if that played a factor or not but from experience, I use PayPal when ordering online from unfamiliar companies. They are truly good about favorable customer refunds.

newyork and company refunded my money and took it right bank for 5 items I didn't receive it ...the 5 item was 78.00 I called my bank and ask them wat happen 2 my refund they said newyorkandcompany took it right back don't shop with this company they scammers and don't like 2 refund your u your money they are big time scammers
I might have 2 file a dispute against them i just want my money
