Bad service
Bought a subscription including a free tote bag. I was told that it would go through customs. The problem is that I didn't so now I need to pay extra taxes to get it. At first, they send it again saying it would go through, but it didn't. And now they say they won't do anything about it. I paid for a subscription from them to also get the gift. And now I can’t get it, that is completely unacceptable and I will never subscribe to them again. I am so sad that a respected and great magazine like the New Yorker would have such bad customer service. I’ve bought their magazine many times when I travel. I will not anymore.
Never received my subscription
Never received my subscription, and customer service was terrible. I'm shocked that such a well-known magazine is run so poorly. Incredibly frustrating experience, and I won't be wasting money with them again.
the supscription services were not…
the supscription services were not consistent and. massive disappointment!
Useless client services
Since 3 month I never receive anything, because the address is wrong in their system!
I try to contact the client services many times but they are useless, they don’t understand anything! A 5 years old child could change the address!!!
Don’t register to this newspaper, you pay and you receive nothing ...
