Ordered a grade C Samsung phone, had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised, literally one or two small marks and the battery life is very good. Very happy with it.

I bought a refurbished Pixel 8 Pro from Next Day Mobiles which arrived in great condition. Unfortunately it suffered from some sort of hardware issue which caused the phone to overheat and turn off randomly.

I was covered under a one year warranty and the team replaced it with no fuss which I really appreciated. Thanks Amie and Rich.

After a number of failed attempts to buy phones elsewhere I stumbled across next day mobile who responded quickly and accurately and sent the phone out within a couple of days at a fair price. You can't ask for any more than that I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you.

After ordering the wrong model through NDM on Backmarket I got in touch with them via their website's contact form. Rich was so kind in managing to cancel the order on Backmarket and I ordered the correct model directly from the NDM website. It was packaged and shipped within a couple of hours and I received it the next morning after making the order at 2pm.

The phone was in pristine condition, restored to its factory setting, and unlocked to any network as specified.

Great customer service and a great product - I'd be more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for a secondhand phone :-)

I ordered two phones from them on separate dates. Both arrived the following day, and both were in excellent condition. What more could you want?

NDM are very effecient and their products are always as as described, or better. We purchase all our mobiles through them now and the team are super helpful whenever we need them.

I bought a phone from this supplier via Backmarket. I would advise people not to.

I had the phone for 3 months before it bricked itself in the middle of a phone call.

I raised the issue with back market, and it took 10 days to agree a return to next day mobiles. Constantly asking for more things to be confirmed.

NDM have had my phone for another ten days (but apparently can't count weekends) and whilst they tell you they will return and get the phone back to you within 3 working days, they have not even touched my phone yet.

I have emailed them multiple times but not had an answer.

I would avoid these people, as they're quick to get an order out to you, but when it goes wrong, not very quick to resolve the issue.

Bought an iPad Pro on Backmarket which was sourced via this company. The first one arrived immaculate but had an issue with the screen so was sent back. A replacement arrived which was disgusting and had not even been cleaned, with fingerprints on the screen, dirt in the ports and sides. It was as if it hadn’t even been prepared and just sent out. The grade of this device was meant to be ‘excellent’. Really disappointing.

Third time I've purchased a phone from this company over the years and they've been great each and every time. Phone was good physical condition and was dispatched in good time and arrived next day as expected. On this occasion I did have an issue with the phone sent and they accepted return and refunded with no quibbles at all, fantastic quick communication throughout. Couldn't recommend them enough, great company.

Bought a phone from this company via Back Market which I would advise to stay clear of.this company sent me a phone a Samsung galaxy z flip4 for £212 WHICH WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND UNCHECKED CORRECTLY ON DISPATCHED. This company never updated shipping details with back market causing mayhem. Not a supplier of tech I would want to deal with again.i notice that there's never contact with a person with these companies and hide behind a keyboard!!.

I spent £366 on an iPad Pro 3 but had to return it for a faulty screen as this usually occurs after a drop . During the return the screen actually cracked so the company will now not replace or refund even though the screen was already faulty. As it was in two protected envelopes I don’t see how the screen could have cracked for any other reason other than the existing problem.

They have just used it as an excuse to rip me off . Avoid at all costs .

Famously you can only truly gauge customer service when something goes wrong, which in this case was Google's ridiculous battery-tanking update to the 4A landing right after I'd bought one from this shop. I was impressed by how they handled it, on top of the whole ordering/returns system having a lightning turnaround. Plus now that I've experienced buying a basically fully functional mobile phone for £100, the idea of ever spending £500+ again feels insane.

The ipad mini (2021 6th gen 256gb) I received only came with ONE small scratch and not even on the screen. It was crazy good for a refurbished item. It came safely and took a week to arrive. I take it with me everywhere and I am very happy with my purchase 200%!

Bought a used iPad. Purchased 3pm Thursday and it arrived 10am on Friday. I chose a model described as being in “good” condition. I worried whether their view of good aligned with mine. As it turned out, it was in fabulous condition and I think anyone should be confident to order from this seller. Very pleased.
