Great service

They arrived on the day that they arranged and the two men were so polite and did a great job putting the sofas together. I am thrilled with the sofas and recommend the company!

Wentworth leather heat and massage reclining sofa

Great communication with this company. Bought a sofa, which did come damaged, and the leather was not the quality we anticipated. Sorted it out no problems at all. Swapped for a different one, slightly more expensive. Had it just over a week, and we ❤️ it. It's the Wentworth heat and massage 3 and 2 seather in grey. Although the massage doesn't really massage you. The vibration if very comforting when relaxing. Sends me to sleep in minutes. Leather is really nice to the touch, and very comfortable when sitting or laying in the recliner. I 100% recommend this purchase. It's AWESOME!!!

Excellent customer service, saved my Christmas

Excellent customer service, sofas arrived same week of order being placed , 5 days before Christmas day, well packaged, great quality sofas, super comfy to sit on, saved my Christmas after SCS let me down after waiting 5 months, Next day Sofas A+++

Quality and good value

Made two phone calls to this company, each time the folk on the other end were very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Ordered a two seater recliner and advised to opt for the two man delivery who in turn would bring the settee into the desired room, take it out of the packaging and put it together (at no extra cost) It's a comfy settee the recliner side is an added bonus and the dog loves the extra space aswell, bonus all round as I usually get pushed to one side. Delivery guys were also first class.
Anyone in doubt about this company ... don't be.

Leather peeks off arms and head area.

2 leather recliner armchairs purchased and within 12 months the arms and head rest were “ peeling”. Customer services were pleasant but said there was nothing they could do. I hate to think how the breed of cows are doing. Would never purchase from here again.

Thank you for taking my call earlier I am sorry the leather has started to fail after 4 years, there are a number of reasons this can happen but as it is so far outside of the manufacturer's warranty there isn't anything we can do at this stage.

Beware.

Beware.
The sofas are uncomfortable.
The returns process is weighted in favour of the company.
The sofa had minor 'nicks' upon inspection - they blame the customer for not mentioning this right away and thereby claim it to be of the customers making.
They will do all that they can to avoid their responsibilities - and will 'play dirty' if you get 'shirty'.
But, above all else, they are a misnomer - you will be extremely lucky to have one of their sofas delivered to your property and installed in the room of your choice on the next day... a week is more likely!

Ordered sofa and chair online on…

Ordered sofa and chair online on Sunday, confirmation email received shortly afterwards, very easy to use website. Good communication via email and text. Delivery arranged via Furdeco, email received on Thursday, then second email later on Thursday saying delivery would be Friday and specified time slot. On day of delivery phone call from Furdeco saying would be here in 45 minutes and they arrived spot on time.
Delivered with care, unpacked and set up
Great service all around

I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a sofa.



After a bad experience as a result of purchasing a sofa, which was wrapped in packaging. The delivery team stated that it wouldnt fit through my standard front door and left with the sofa. I contacted Next Day Sofas to ask advice about a sofa I was interested in. I was informed that although the sofa came packaged, it accommodated the delivery. I bought the sofa bed version at a much dearer price. The manager rung me back to advice that this particular sofa came in tact in the packaging, after me having the bad experience, even though the sofa which I was originally interested in was cheaper. The difference in price was immediately refunded to my accout. Thank you so much for your help and support. I want to reiterate what I said over the phone. I only wish that I could let your superior know how your advice was so beneficial to me. Once again, thank you so much for helping me today.

Do not Use this company - the returns policy is shocking

I bought a sofa from this company and it arrived as described however once sitting on the sofa i found that it wasn't very comfy and it my opinion, not very well made.

I called to follow the returns process and they are clear that we would have to organise ourselves through a courier company to return the sofa. This is all at a cost to me & then once the sofa is back they would refund in full.

I followed this procedure and booked a courier company to collect. The sofa left my house in perfect condition and days later i received an email from next day sofas to say the sofa was damaged on delivery to them.

I followed the correct procedure to speak to the courier company to get compensation and they confirmed that the sofa was signed off by Hayley at next day sofas and the sofa was in good condition.

I then had to speak with Lee Burridge who is the manager over at next day sofas and he would not give a full refund because he said the legs should of been taken off.

Even though i provided the confirmation slip that the sofa was delivered with no damage and signed off by their warehouse staff, Lee still wouldn't give a full refund.

I am no over £300 out of pocket and no sofa.

Do not use this company.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, i am sorry you aren't happy and I know we have had several conversations about the return of your sofa and deduction of costs.

Firstly I am sorry you didn't find the sofa comfortable, Comfort is very subjective and its a shame we couldn't find something more suited to your needs.

The sofa was returned to us with the legs still affixed which is not how it was delivered to you, because of this when the returned sofa was unpacked the legs had broken away and damaged the frame meaning the sofa was not in a resellable condition, and had to be disposed of, it also arrived back with a big scuff on the side of the fabric admittedly this couldn't be seen when it was dropped off but when our warehouse unpacked the goods it was there and the photographs showing this have been emailed to you.

As per our Ts and Cs and emails sent to you, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the sofa is packed correctly and arrives back to us as it was delivered, by leaving the long legs on meant it was always likely to get damaged on the journey back to our warehouse.

When we spoke I had as a goodwill gesture agreed to refund you partially and only deduct a nominal amount from your refund rather than hold back all of your funds which I could have done as the item could not be resold, I am sorry you are not happy with this, i feel we have acted responsibly and fairly and inline with all other companies that sell similar items.

This is a wonderful sofa

This is a wonderful sofa. There was only a bit of misunderstanding about the time that it was going to arrive. I was under the impression that it comes a couple of days later. I would be quite happy if they told me at the beginning that it takes a few weeks. But when it arrived, it was lovely.
