I purchased Autodesk products and NextDigitalKey handled the licensing with them.
I installed the products from Autodesk and followed the instructions NextDigitalKey provided to complete the licensing process.
There was a minor issue with one of the products, which they resolved.
So far, I haven't had any further problems with the products, the licenses, or Autodesk.

I bought REVIT 2026, AUTOCAD ARCHITECTURE 2026 & WINDOWS 11 PRO. I had installation problems only with Revit. The team support was amazing and really helpful. Finally, a budget friendly site for softwares. I would really appreciate if they had more options for engineering softwares. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a program a few months ago, no issues was working fine. The other day it went down, reason unknown at least by me. Contacted NextDigitalKey an it was sorted and back running again. No drama, l was impressed with the speed it was delt with as it was the weekend.

Do not use this company for software purchases.
The helpline is a mobile phone number and the office is registered at a shared office space that is no longer in use.
i have had to instruct my bank to help with a refund as all emails asking for refund have been ignored.

High level company
NextDigitalKey can deliver highly developed technical programme to very low prices. No subscription but a one time price for activation and use the programme without any license expiring. Absolutely fantastic.
I had a programme for about eight month when an updating and activation problem occurred and there was no access to the programme. I contacted NextDigitalKey and they send immediately guidance to solve the issue. I must say it took no time to fix the problem an the programme could be used again.
That’s what I call top customer service, so NextDigitalKey can absolutely be recommended.
I will not hesitate to by my next programme in this company.
