My order was placed on 3/19/26 for a pickup no later than 3/31/26. I was promised that my car would be picked up between 2/28 and 3/30. On 3/28 I was advised that the car would be picked p on 4/1/26. On 3/31 Iwas told that you had not found a driver and the car would now be picked up about 4/6/26 and there would be an additonal cost of around $300.00. There professionalism STINKS. Do not use this company!!!!!

The used a company call Ok Auto Carries and they were amazing. The delivered the class auto on time. It was bubble wrapped!! Had great communication with them and they were on time. Had a amazing system for hauling your precious vehicle

UPDATE: Nexus Auto Transport quoted $701, then on the day of pickup (TODAY) demanded an additional $875 to actually move the vehicle, blaming a “gas price spike.”

Turns out the $701 is just their broker fee—they never secured a carrier at that price. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: low quote upfront, then a major price increase when you’re out of options.

Nexus Auto Transport is a broker—not a carrier—and that’s not clearly disclosed. They don’t transport vehicles; they just try to find a driver after taking your payment.

Before payment, communication was constant and aggressive. After payment, it stopped—no updates and no clear answers on pickup.

The “3-day pickup” is misleading. The timeframe passed with no effort, no accountability, and only weak excuses.

Lacks transparency, reliability, and follow-through. Not recommended.

This company is so unprofessional my car was supposed to be picked up Monday and delivered Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday so Monday it’s supposed to be picked up never got picked up then they found out the truck was messed up Wednesday delayed me Car got picked up Friday traveled Saturday got to Chicago and now another issue and I’m delayed again and I got charged more for a different truck. I highly recommend not going through this company and finding something else.

Contracted to have auto shipped from Florida to Washington State. Upon delivery, the driver literally runs off. I get in the car (2003 Mercedes E320) The driver had broken the Rear view mirror and the entire assembly. I contacted the company and detailed the situation and provided photos of the damage. They stated they would inform the subcontractor who would subsequently inform their liability insurer. In the interim, I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz. The did a temporary fix as the mirror was dangling and was obviously a safety issue (unable to see out the rear view mirror). The temporary fix can to $166.00. The full replacement quote from Mecerdes came to $1527.26. In total comes to $1694.00. I sent all the information and repair quotes to Nexus. I have not heard a work since September 2025. They do not stand behind their service nor hold their contractors accountable. I would NEVER again use or recommend this company to anyone. This is unacceptable.

Great communication about pickup and drop off times. Everything went as planned. I would definitely use Nexus again.

Excellent service. We had a fantastic driver, Alex, who arrived on time and kept us informed of status. The car was delivered in perfect condition on time. Also, there were no additional charges or fees!

After setting up a one way transport with well over a week advanced notice, this company never showed or gave me any updates. When I spoke with someone they continually told me they were trying to set up a driver and they’d call me back. I never received any phone calls. Like other reviews I’ve seen, do not expect your schedule to matter at all

Amazing service , my car was shipped from NJ to SC within 16 hrs ! They consistently kept in contact with me , the price was extremely reasonable , the driver was kind and very understanding . No gimmick or scams like some companies do . Would highly recommend their services !

My experience with Nexus Auto Transport was exceptional. My vehicle was ready for pickup 3 days before expected and Mike was able to adjust my request and have the vehicle picked up the next day! There were no hiccups or surprises, other than when the vehicle arrived and I surprised my husband a day earlier than expected due to Nexus's amazing flexibility and coordination. Will happily use their services again!

Nexus Auto Transport was awesome! After a horrible experience with another transport company, I called Nexus and they were extremely transparent about price, the pickup process, and carrier information. The price never changed. They never promised anything they couldn’t deliver. The carrier they used was awesome and thorough with communication. There were some hiccups but when I asked questions I always received honest answers. They always picked up the phone. The vehicle arrived in good condition and the carrier was kind. I definitely recommend Nexus Auto Transport.

Nexus Auto Transport was TOP NOTCH!! Very quick, good price and accommodating. Aleksandr picked up my car next day and drove it from Naples, FL to Ruskin, FL in 3 hours. I would highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport and will most definitely call them again when I need to transport a vehicle!

Mark guaranteed my car would be picked up on the day required. Nobody showed up and nobody from Nexus bothered the call me. I eventually called them to see what was happening and they told me the truck that was scheduled was full. Not sure how it was not full before my pick up and it's full now.

Poor communication. False promises.

Review of Nexus Transportation

As a military service member, I hold professionalism and reliability to a high standard especially when I am paying a premium price of $1,250 for a service. Unfortunately, my experience with Nexus Transportation did not meet those expectations.

I scheduled my vehicle pickup three weeks in advance, yet the driver did not arrive at the agreed-upon time. When he finally showed up, he informed me he would need to return the next morning, despite my early flight. He ultimately arrived at 11 PM, just hours before my departure.

The delivery process was equally unprofessional. I was told my vehicle would be dropped off at the home address I provided, but instead I received a call from the driver in Ontario asking me to pick it up there. I paid for an Uber to meet him, only to discover that his truck’s hydraulics were not functioning and he couldn’t unload my vehicle. He then drove to Long Beach for repairs, and I followed, but the issue could not be fixed that day. This resulted in another Uber ride home at my own expense.

Not only was my vehicle neither picked up nor delivered on time, but I was also left without transportation and forced to cover additional costs due to the company’s delays and equipment failures. Considering the price I paid, the quality of service was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability does not justify the cost.

As someone who values integrity and accountability, I cannot recommend Nexus Transportation based on this experience. Customers deserve far better for the amount they are charged.

Pick up given one day, someone called the next telling me they were going to pick it up a day earlier and deliver too soon. Next carrier came 6 hours earlier than stated (2 pm vs 8 pm) and then didn’t contact the receiver so missed delivery at 10 pm first night. Finally delivered midnight second night which when you have to go get it at a different location is ridiculous if you are single. I’ve used other companies. Don’t know how these reviews are so good. Horrible experience. Can’t see car at midnight.

I’m so glad I chose Nexus to ship my beloved Lexus SUV from California to Maryland. Vakho picked up my car right on time and delivered it in just 5 days. He was punctual, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me great peace of mind.

The quote from Nexus was slightly higher than some others, but the service and reliability were absolutely worth it. My car arrived safely and exactly as promised. I would definitely use Nexus again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto transport company.

I had to move my car 60 miles from one dealership to another. They got me a good price, convenient schedule and kept we well informed the whole time. Job well done!

Nexus was very responsive and kept me posted on pick up and drop off times. The car was delivered within the promised delivery window and the drivers were efficient and courteous. I will use them again when it’s time to ship the car back.
