Reliable

When I wasn't sure what I was looking for, like a van or a representative, they were easy to find, organized, uniformed, friendly, and lighthearted. The were punctual, informative, and made the effort to make you feel safe and seen.

Your excursions offered are very…

Your excursions offered are very interesting,
Your representive Josee art thé RIU Bávaro Palace is very nice. Thé guides and staff on thé excursions know Their job provide good entertainment. They are courteous and make ouf lives pleasant.
But thé organisations are failing to follow basic safety rules.the tour ofsurrounding : the bus has no Windows and thé trafic is dangerous.
On the catamaran; no enough life jackets, no safety ramps for boarding the small Beats to get and from Catherina and Seona is lands.
Therés nothing planned to provide shelter when we go trough a rainstorm.

My husband and I thought we’d get a…

My husband and I thought we’d get a private shuttle to and from the resort since we had our 3 young kids with us. We were under the impression that the shuttle was going to be at the airport waiting for us once we arrived but it wasn’t which was very disappointing as we have young kids. The shuttle ended up arriving after waiting 30+ mins thankfully but it was very disappointing that we had to wait for so long.

The staff were good & well qualified

The staff were good & well qualified, however, the tours we took had several undisclosed added costs which I feel should have been disclosed at the time of booking.

Timely pick up

The service arrived on time at our hotel and drove us to the airport as expected. I did need to confirm with the company our location, as they emphasized date and time but not location. As we missed connecting with the same company at the airport when we arrived the week prior, confirming the location seemed necessary to ensure success.

I don't leave bad reviews but this time…

I don't leave bad reviews but this time I feel compelled to do so. The bus had literally no suspension. I assume the air ride is defunct and it should not be in service. Unsafe, ridiculously uncomfortable. The driver was rude and abrasive at best even yelling at us as we walked away from the bus at the airport for not tipping. We didn't even have bags that he had to handle. Should have paid the hundred bucks for a cab.

Somewhat disorganized upon arrival in Mexico. Had to taxi to airport on departure as no transport arrived to take us. As a result was a real rush to at airport.

Excellent excursion

My husband and I travelled to Aruba to celebrate our retirements. We took the UTV excursion with Rich as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area and eager to share. The UTVs were awesome! We all definitely put them to the test! Climbing up the rocks and driving through the dust storm was a blast! You will definitely need sunscreen and a face mask or bandana to cover your mouth and nose. I would also suggest some kind of eye protection such as goggles for those wearing contacts. Don’t hesitate to book this excursion! I would definitely recommend it!

We had a few requests that were taken…

We had a few requests that were taken care quickly.
We were here in October 2025 during the hurricane and we want to commend the staff for all their care and hard work to keep things going and reassuring us. We just love this place so we booked for this time. We are glad we did. Just an awesome resort and staff.

The staff was fantastic

The staff was fantastic, friendly and always there to help. Location was beautiful.

But the food gave us a negative experience. It was poor at the best. Advertising culinary experiences from all over the world his far fetched.

Food safety is also an issue, roaches are roaming the omelette station, check under the microwave, that seems to be there home.
I am a Swiss trained chef and I have worked all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, I know the challenges with qualified staff. But this was the worst food we have experienced in 11 trips to Mexico
