The whole process was much easier with all the guidance from the team, but especially from Steven, who helped us with all the necessary details and information at all stages. He was very supportive and always available and able to help with any of our concerns. Thank you!!

Not had the most smooth exchange process (delay in exchange; service charge went up) but Steven has been very helpful and always quick to response.

Hope the exchange to legal completion process will be hassle-free.

Priyesh started off our housing journey by showing us around a couple of times. Was a bumpy start at the beginning but he was able to advise solutions and alternatives. We were introduced to Steven and he's been our main point of contact since. Communication has been exceptional from Steven, he's always been available and has been guiding us through the journey. Even with months long delays from the bank, Steven has been really understanding and patient with our situation, have finally exchanged today! Appreciate all the work done in the background :)

In every step of dealing they was very helpful. That’s make us comfortable to deal with it . We went to other developers we couldn’t find help.I would recommend this developer to my friend’s & family.

Daniel was great in taking the time to show me the different units, explaining all the key points thoroughly, and answering all my questions. He had excellent knowledge about the units, but also the property market in general, and the overall home-buying process. Refreshing service, compared to some sales professionals that just rush you through the process and don't offer the depth of knowledge.

John was exceptional with us! He made our dream true! Thank you!!

Some small issues at the start of the process with change in service fee that were very different to what was originally shown - but everything to sort this out went smoothly and was always kept in contact with a member of NHG throughout.

Very satisfactory. All the information were accurate to the point. Communication was very smooth and frequent from day first until the completion day. Layout of the apartment and the fittings are really good quality. I’m happy that I bought my flat from NHG.

Special mention and thanks to Daniel Jennings, whom I dealt with mostly!!! He was very kind and super supportive. His clear and personable communication made the whole process much easier and much more enjoyable. Daniel was always approachable and I believe he went above and beyond; he recommended a good mortgage advisor and solicitors, and he made sure that everyone was liaising and communicating effectively. Cannot thank him enough and would only recommend him.

Sales team was very friendly and helpful. I slightly tricky case as in order to get the discount that was announced for March the sale should be completed in 26 days which according to statistic hard to do. Despite the fact that sales manager that I was initially worked with had a short holiday I was carefully hand over to her colleague that started the process to me and gave me first guide how to act. Can estimate sales team action definitely beyond average, however there's still some few things that prevent me from giving 5 stars - during flat review process for the bank one day was wasted as the documents wasn't provide to the 3rd party company as sales manager has a day off ( this easily could be done by anyone else in the team )

Had quite a laugh reading so many of these obviously fake reviews. I entered in to shared ownership at Oaklands Rise and I would tell anyone looking in to a shared ownership with NHG. Don't do it. They have increased our service charge by 100% this year after only a year of living here. The system is set up to fleece you of your hard earned money and the set up is not trustworthy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven from the property sales team and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment we first met, Steven impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his work.

Throughout the entire process, Steven went out of his way to proactively get things done and went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease.

I had had an extremely stressful experience until that point but John really helped me out. He is a clear communicator, friendly, and empathetic. An absolute asset to NHG Sales team.

I was dealing with solicitors who constantly needed need a push to get work done. Jack C at Notting Hill Genesis was absolutely amazing and was the biggest help ever throughout the entire process. I really can’t thank home enough. He was on the case everyday and kept regular contact with updates whenever he could. I wish I could have paid my legal fees directly to him and he earned it more than the solicitors did. Thanks so much Jack. You were amazing!!
