NICCE Reviews 

Ordered a Hoodie over a month ago and still have not received anything. Emailed them a few times and zero response. Heard a lot of other people have had the same problem. No clue how they are still going.

To think I was a big supporter of this brand...

Awful experience, placed an order on 18th Dec, parcel did not arrive until 3 weeks later. They only sent me 3 of the 6 items. All which were part of a full tracksuit.
I have requested my money back as I no longer want the products - no reply.
I have requested to return the items - no reply
I have sent 2 complaints - no reply.

I will not longer use this brand, therefore if anyone has any suggestions.. please let me know :)

Having a look at the reviews, i am not the only victim!!

A message to all potential buyers.. avoid and choose a brand that actually send the products! If i could give this 0 stars i would!

Placed my order 2.5 weeks ago! No delivery information and no response from multiple emails after placing an order for a gift it’s now to late! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Really disappointed.

Worse company ever ... do not buy from here!!!
Where is my order I have been waiting since the 2nd of December from when I placed the order. If you cant provide me with the goods I want a full refund. I have also sent emails to your company with zero response this is awful how your taking peoples money that they have work hard for and not giving them a their items or a refund. You have the nerve to send promotional emails to encourage others to buy more but you haven't yet sent out orders from early December. You should be ashamed of your company absolute scam. Will be reporting to trading standards!!

Order has been placed more than 2 weeks ago and still I don’t have any delivery date. In addition, they don’t even reply to my emails.

Been over a month and I'm still waiting for my order. Customer service is awful at responding to emails.

I placed my order in early December, the ordered arrived and was not even the products I ordered. Having paid a further €15 to return the goods I received an email saying that I would get my refund within 3-5 working days!!! I'm still waiting, it's Feb 10th....sent numerous emails and no response. Disgraceful, terrible customer service, really disappointed. Order #385470

I think everyone has given Nicce plenty of time to respond to emails & post on here yet you still do nothing , you will comment on this post to look good & send your fake apologies but still won’t send our items or a refund . 
It’s disgusting how you can continue to take peoples money & not send the goods …… funny how you still have the time to post on Instagram yet you can’t email anyone back at all 🤷‍♀️ , oh & comments are off on insta aswell …. What’s the matter don’t want to hear how bad the company is 🤣 .
I think we should all be standing up to this company & not stop until they do the right thing ! I will be taking you to a small claims court just because I can 🤩 & I think the company needs to learn you can’t treat people this way !

shocking still no refund from a £100 order that was never sent on 15.12.24 nearly 2 months and still no refund. all i get is a copy and pasted reply about how they want to improve there services on the 1 star reviews i have left. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Please issue the refund and stop giving me the same old paragraph about how you are working through to get refunds sorted its been 2 months!

My order number #385881. I did order stuff from NICCE on 2nd DECEMBER, still no items or refund received. Everytime I write my review/experience in trustpilot, NICCE reply and promise refund and also offer voucher but matters ends their . They do nothing about it. Today is 6th FEBRUARY I haven't received anything. Soon they see this review, to look good, they will write back with promise of refund and curtsey voucher but then do nothing. I am genuinely fed up of chasing them to refund my money. I think that's what they want. They want customer to give up chasing up them so they can keep customer's money and increase their revenue. I am going to complain in consumer to close this website. I am not the only ine they stole money from, I saw so many people's review on here trying to get their money back.

Warning - Do not order, no response to any emails you pay for items and still after 2 weeks they do not get dispatched. Had to claim back from bank in the end wish i had checked reviews beforehand!

Like many other reviews I placed an order on 18th December and have had nothing arrive. Received a generic email on 18th Jan to say they were struggling with technical difficulties but someone would be in touch and not to send emails chasing (so I didn’t) but its now 2 weeks since that email and I’ve had no further communication from them! If you can’t deliver just give me a refund Nicce!

I made and paid for an order (389978) on the 13 of December 2023 and only one of the two items I ordered arrived. I have sent several emails and had no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. It’s now 7 weeks later and still nothing. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered and still waiting! Sent emails and had no response yet the money has been taken from my account! Wish they were as quick to deliver the goods and reply to emails as they are to take the funds! Very very disappointed and will not use ever again!

takes way too long
i am missing 2 jumpers and it was three weeks before it came. only the bikini came and it was too big so i am returning it. i am expecting money back from this encounter and i‘m still waiting on your first refund from the 11th of december.
