Ordered 2 windscreen covers . Nothing as described. They do have mirror covers .it is cheap plastic cover. RUBBISH SCAM would be better putting bin liners on

I ordered 3 windscreen covers as Christmas gifts, totally nothing like the video and description on FB, absolute cheap rubbish, don’t buy from this company, I’m guessing no one will get refunded. Rip off!!

I also ordered 2 windscreen covers that were featured on their FB page on the 4th December. What arrived was totally not as described, either in their video or written description. Looked robust in their advert but is actually flimsy black and silver material with 2 magnets. I am still disputing with them and have contacted Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. Company registered in the UK from my investigations.

Do not use this company. What a scam. All advertising is false. Items that are sent are nothing like advertised or described. Do not order anything from this company.

I contacted them & all they said was contact the seller.
They are the sellers.

Windscreen cover purchased, and what arrived was certainly not as advertised. Very disappointed with the extremely thin, poorly made product, with features missing such as windscreen straps. I left a review originally on their website only for it to be deleted, and several more 5 star reviews added (doubt that these are legit).

WASTE OF MONEY!

I bought the ‘powerful’ car vacuum cleaner which is absolutely rubbish. No suction to it whatsoever…a real con! Wish I’d read these reviews before purchase!
I left a bad review on their website and it was removed within the hour!
Feels like a scam to me..the automated response told me the return costs would be more than the product is worth!
The product is not as advertised so why should I pay return costs!?

This company is appalling. I purchased a winter screen cover. Looked great on advert but what arrived is absolute rubbish. Instead of a multilayer product with magnets and mirror pockets it is a large piece of single thickness material with nothing else. This is ignoring Trading Standards and contravenes The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states ...must be as DESCRIBED of merchantable quality and last a reasonable length of time. Don't deal with this company as they completely dispute everything and don't own up to their failings.

Bought a car windscreen cover and a Robin tree decoration and what has arrived (20 days after order which they don't make clear enough) bare no relation to the pictures. Plastic crap and no features as per the pictures.

Have emailed asking for refund so will see what they say

I bought a car vacuum based on a video showing a powerful suction & blow facility. The kit they sent had nothing like the power depicted. The suction was so slight that it failed to lift dust and there was no capability to blow air. I reported this to them but was fobbed off! I think they are guilty of misrepresentation and miss-selling. The company I dealt with trades in the uk as nice-little things.uk.

I've given one star as I can't leave none. The magnetic chess game that arrived was nothing like that advertised and is useless. Tried going through the automated customer services and it just recommends we keep the product.
I'm embarrassed that I bought the item in a rush without checking out the company I was buying from; not like me at all.

Absolutely shocking do not buy … I’m so upset with them I ordered money boxes for my 6 grandkids for Christmas on 3rd November I have tried and tried to speak to someone and all you get is questions and answers from a robot no telephone number to speak to anyone and no money back .. Christmas is a hard time anyway and when you have 6 to sort and don’t receive the goods it’s shocking and upsetting——- scam company Be warned

What a croc of crap, this hoover is fit for nothing. It would probably be worth more recycling the plastic .

How do they get away with it?

We too purchased a car Vacuum from nice little things and it is totally useless. After many weeks of trying to return for a refund, we have been told that they will only compenstate us £3? We sent them a video of us trying to suck up a few grains of salt from the table which was totally unsuccessful. The product is no bigger than a very small hairdryer. It is also advertised as powerful...... avoid buying this product and using this company.

Bought a mini vacuum which was described as powerful but it won't suck anything up. It's totally useless. Following several emails and their request for a video of it working they said that it's fine just because they could hear the motor running, but you could see that it wouldn't pick up. They then offered me a £2 refund because it would be too expensive to return to China (£15.45). Their company address on the website is in Cambridge, UK but you can't return it to that address!! Looks like it's going in the bin now. What a way for them to make money!

I wouldn’t even give 1star, the company is a joke, order for money boxs back in October 23, and to date still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed loads of times asking for refund, and all I get back is oh sorry about that, I’ve contacted them for an update, just be patient and wait.
Be Patient my patience is wearing thin, these are presents, I’ve asked on a number of occasions for a refund, but they just ignore that question 😡
Avoid this company, don’t get caught out like we all have.

Don't go near this company. Purchased a Windshield Snow Cover Sunshade for £9.99 ( reduced from almost £20). What arrived was nothing like the product advertised. It is flimsy, does not have elastic handles and is not the quality shown in the ad. Although there are magnets, they don't hold the cover flat on the windscreen and so it ends up getting wet and then frozen. I could buy a similar product in a local shop for a couple of pounds. Avoid at all costs!!!!! Have contacted the company who have asked for my order number but have no record of it.
