Absolute con - bought a bra which tracked for nearly a month from the USA. When it eventually arrived it was of poor quality and the sizing was really out. I have spent nearly a week asking for their returns address so I can send the same back. Even though I will have to pay for postage I will still be better of with them refunding me in full for the bra. At the present time they want to compensate me £2!!!!

Absolute load of rubbish! Bought one of those mini vacuum thing that they advertise looks like it has the most incredible suction and blowing capabilities. It arrived and it’s just one very poor suction mode. I should have known better with the price 🤦🏽‍♂️ I asked to send it back and get a refund and they just offered me £2 credit instead! (I paid £25) Then i complained again and they offered me £3 (final offer). PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I am still waiting for a sparkly glass ornament that I ordered in january. I keep getting daft messages from them ftom their support team. I SHould never order from them again and shalll eat my hat if it comes. I doubt it . Awful. Comes from china somewhere. .

Saw a small security shoulder bag that was perfect for a holiday. I had no idea it would come from the US, I'm in the UK, & consequently it took weeks to arrive. It arrived the morning I was leaving but after a few days use the straps wouldn't hold properly & the adjustable strap just slipped to the end so the bag ended up too low instead of being hidden by a coat. £11.99 seemed reasonable but frankly I could've paid £3 on a market stall for the same thing.

Bought bras, they are completely wrong size. Want to return them but refuse to give me a refund and they offered 4GBP as compensation. Utter joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Items received were very poor quality. Following their website returns procedure I am still attempting to return the items and get a refund. Typical Chinese rubbish. I'm so angry!

Do not buy anything from this company, ordered came wrong as per sizing incorrect, took 4 weeks to arrive. I tried to contact them and got no response, tried to claim money back through klarna but all they keep saying you were out of your time frame, how. They are a absolutely rip off company.

Ordered bra according to their recommendation, large for my sizing. When it eventually got here it looked as though it would fit my young granddaughter more like an extra small. The pictures of the bra bears no resemblance to the actual product. Don't know how to return it as there is no paperwork and no instructions, as far as I can see, on line of how to do this. Don't waste your money.

Still waiting for my purchase. do not get tricked into thinking it is a UK website. from the multitude of messages I get (daily updates) I believe my items are now at the US customs.

Bought bra's and ordered size according to their size chart.. Was expecting goods to be coming from UK, no indication in write up, but they came from USA
Bra sizing terrible, very small, no way the correct size that they advertise. No paperwork in delivery to contact anyone. Tried online customer service link from their site but email just bounces back. Save your money as these are money and time wasters

If I could give 0 stars I would.Paid over £38 for a handheld car vacuum that didn't even suck air.I sent it back.Got told I sent it wrong place I sent it recorded to return address on envelope.Customer services are a joke never anyone there n then they pass you on too some other chat where they say bless you have a nice life will you accept 2.50 compensation.I wanted full refund.Been mailing back and forth since beginning off November.Clear I ain't getting anything back. Skim not wasting any more time they can stick it up their proverbial. Total rip off.No complaints department etc.

Dont even want to give one star. Bought wireless car vacuum. Paid £29.99 but they refuse returns and offer £3 reimbursement. please don’t test it. This item is not fit for purpose. No suction at all. Really wish I knew how to let the UK know what a con this product is. They know this is unfit for purpose. AVOID. Their ‘support’ is basically AI. Please don’t use them or any of their other sister sites which I’ve now also discovered. Exactly the same pictures

This is yet another Chinese company masquerading as a small UK business. If you see something that seems to good to be true, check Companies House and see if they are actually registered in the UK! These kinds of sites should be shut down for completely lying about the provenance of their products.

Ordered the windscreen covers for Christmas presents and they were nothing like they had advertised, what I received was cheap rubbish that are not fit for purpose
I have been unable to contact anyone, but I will be contacting trading standards to report their false advertising and non communication as I feel very let down and disappointed with this company and they should not be allowed to get away with ripping people off the way that they are!

I ordered the car vac at the beginning of November. Stated 2-3 day delivery. When I got the invoice I had also been charged shipping insurance. I was immediately sent a tracking number. I went away for a month on the 20th Nov at which point I was still getting tracking details claiming the parcel was in American customs. Eventually on 29/11 I was told a delivery of the parcel had been attempted & I urgently needed to collect. I was still away so my son tried to track it down. The post office could not locate it. Turns out I had been given the wrong tracking info. The parcel had actually come from China not USA. Two attempts to deliver had been a week before I was notified. The Post Office sent it back as unclaimed before I got the right tracking info. Ever since I have been in daily contact with them. They take no responsibility for giving me the wrong info. Claim they can't get the parcel back & they did not charge me insurance. They say they offered my a refund which wasn't true. But I have now asked for the refund 6 times which they just ignore & keep asking me to pay to re-ship. Their emails are full of comments like 'we can tell you are angry but please understand' 'We are unable to reclaim the parcel' 'We have tried to find a resolution'. The last one was talking about re issue even though I have constantly told them I do not want it resending just my money back. I usually research companies before I buy but didn't more fool me
