Arrived promptly in simple, practical packaging. Quality feels decent and functionality meets expectations during outdoor use. Overall, good enough for casual activities outdoors but nothing overly exceptional stands out.

SCAMMERS

Scam company, ordered hosta seeds at the begining of March. According to tracking information they have travelled the world more than I have. Supposidly arrived in Manchester on 29/03/25 and are in transit to me. Tried contacting the company numerous times and get no responce. Will be taking this further to recover my money.

I ordered plants from this company they made out they were coming from USA the tracking was all USA places and customs then after a few days I got email from Royal Mail about a package from china which I didn’t order well china package came yesterday and I got word from nice little things my order was delivered yesterday not to me they have proof they say so am I to take it the package from china which is a joke a small packet the size of a stamp is the package from USA told them it was not delivered but they say it was they now won’t answer me any more so conclusion is scammers don’t go near

If I could put less than 1 star I would, this company does not operate out of the UK they are in china . BEWARE SCAMMERS ... They Send you tracking information but never leaves USA...... I should have read reviews before ordering, luckily I paid through my PayPal and they opened a dispute and I got my money back.

BEWARE WARNING This is a scam company they send out rubbish items that are no good they won't give a full refund and if you want to return anything you have to pay the postage to china

I realised straight after I ordered that this was a US company pretending to be UK. I immediately emailed to cancel and got Paypal involved. They still sent order! I will not pay customs so this is wasted money. I am furious! Do not order from this company!!!!!

Not based in the UK like they falsly advertise. Product has been in the U.S for the last two weeks!!! Still waiting for it to be delivered. I will not buy anything from this very deceptive company again!

This is not a UK company - it is based in China - returns are really not possible - overcharged, so I asked for the order to be cancelled. They amended the charge and still shipped. The item is not standard uk sizing and I have to pay to return to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region China!! Avoid please

Ordered an item in November, apparently it's been in 'transit' in Manchester ever since. Whenever I email i get automated response with the same BS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

ordered some of the exfoliating towels just keep getting told they are in transit thought this was a uk company obviously not. Just had a scam alert on my email saying do not reply to them total scam glad i didnt send too much money

I ordered a couple of cat toys from a company called Zero-Miraclenetwork or so I thought until I got an email from Nice-Littlethings thanking me for my order. It showed the cost details which were for less than I'd actually paid to Zero-Miraclenetwork! After some research I decided to cancel the order. Zero have refunded my money in full through PayPal but Nice-Little things say my order is on it's way. After reading other reviews I don't expect the toys to arrive, in fact I'm not sure they actually exist because they sound too good to be true.

SCAM I ordered a Car Sun Visor from nice-littlethings.uk for £14.98 including shipping. Payment of £17.98 was charged to my @PayPal account by an organisation called Zero-Miracle-Network-Limited which I queried and they refunded £3. The item arrived 8 days later and had no optical properties whatsoever - just a tatty old piece of scuffed plastic. I complained and they offered £2 for me to keep it. When I demanded the full £14.98 they gave me an address in China to send the plastic to at my expense. I complained again and they offered £4 refund. I've told them I am now pursuing it with @PayPal and other UK financial organisations for transactions with Zero-Miracle-Network-Limited to be suspended until their provenance can be established. Even the so called package tracking information provided is suspect - it is supposed to have originated in Miami then processed through Bismark, North Dakota. The last 2 entries are for the package being inspected at US Customs followed by delivery by Royal Mail to me in the north of England with less than 10 hours between the 2 events. With Concorde no longer operating that is some achievement. With similar posting there are too many coincidences for this not to be a scam. Overcharging to start with then useless product delivered then drip feed of refunds offered. I've got only £15 in this but I am determined to get to the bottom of it. Ordered from this company without checking them out first- mistake!
Thought they were uk based as advertised but after reading reviews found out they are sending items from the USA although my payment seems to be heading to china !
Annoyed that 3 pounds was added to my cost without explanation even after e mailing the company

Six weeks later website tells me my order is still in transit. When asking what is happening an automated response just refers back to tracking page and now they are 'on holiday' and in middle of February wish me happy new year. Do not order anything from these people

It appears that I have been ripped off! I ordered an item before Xmas, only a small thing £8.50, tracking says it has been delivered to a safe place but I have not received it. I have tried to contact the Company but they will not respond. I have just read their reviews and it's obvious that they are a scam operation from the many negative reviews. I wish I'd have read them before I sent my money. I have never seen a Company with so many negative remarks. BEWARE & DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered an anti glare sun visor and received a piece of dark plastic. Sent message and told they are on holiday!!Rip off!!

I placed an order before Christmas for the present to arrive in time for Christmas. Apparently it was coming from overseas, according to the tracking it arrived in the UK but has since gone missing. I contacted the customer service team for them to confirm it's gone missing, I have two options, 1 have a replacement with added charges or 2 have a refund. Here is the joke, I can't have a full refund, they need to charge me for the cost of the item and the cost of the postage. I didn't get charged postage in the first place, it was free, also I paid a very small postage insurance. I'm still trying to fight for a full refund but guess what, it's gone very quiet at there end..

So not buy from this company as I bought what says on the description a 6in1 vacuum cleaner, when I received the item they have sent me a 3in1 portabie mini vacuum cleaner. When I contact them they say that’s what I ordered but in the order it clearly states 6in1, now they’re trying to offer compensation of £2 and now £5 and still insisting I ordered the 3in1 which I never even knew you could buy this one. They clearly know what there doing scamming people by false advertising.

Sent me an electrical item that did not work. Offered me £5 compensation, which is not even half the cost of the item. Do not use this seller. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
