When the order doesn’t arrive they say Tracking says it’s being delivered as normal. Normal must be rubbish. Don’t buy from them.

This company are shite, they are blatantly advertising high quality goods which is a lie, they take your money and then drag their heels when you ask for a refund. If I could give no stars I would.

Purchased 2 windscreen protectors. Took 4 weeks to arrive so missed Christmas. They are only made of black bin plastic and will tear easily. They refuse refund and return and PayPal resolve useless. They cost £24.00 and they've offered me £5 as compensation. Like others have said I'll just have to put it down to experience.

Buyer beware! Chinese company with very dodgy returns policy for their tat! Avoid at all cost!

I ordered 2 Car Sun Visors. What I received on New Years eve was an equine themed advent calendar, broken and damaged plus it was cheap tat that you wouldn’t pay a fiver for! Then try getting these people to understand what the problem is was a nightmare. 3 emails trying to explain the difference between an advent calendar and a sun visor was ridiculous. They just kept asking for photos of everything. After sending the photos twice they then wanted a video! Just con artists, don’t deal with them. Also although I paid by credit card my payment went through PayPal! What are Facebook and PayPal doing dealing with these people. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The worst online shopping. No possibility of return. Unpleasant staff. I bought two bras that are very poor quality. I wanted to return the product but there was no such option. They clap over email and make fun of customers! To date, the matter remains unresolved. I am left with products that can not be used daily products that can not be used.

Definitely NOT UK despite the misleading company name. Ordered two items as Christmas presents, only to find them apparently being sent from US. Weeks later, still ‘in transit’. Am cursing myself for falling for it.

Appears picture perfect UK/US? family business but they’re aChinese outfit and as slippery as an eel to pin down. Ordered multi tool £6.99 which somehow becomes £13.99 plus added p&p and other charges arriving from China and I’m £49 down with no product in sight!

Rogue company. Ordered a sun visor which was damaged. Offered £2 refund or £4 if I returned it to China at my expense. This company should be banned

TOTAL SCAMMERS!! ordered outdoor trees and got crappy set of lights! Emailed them and they said this is what I ordered which it wasn't and asked for refund. No reply! SO ANNOYED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought two giro cutters on Face book which came from the USA ,they used a video of the original cutter being demonstrated, but what I received is absolutely useless ,I contacted immediately and they offered me a £1 gesture which I refused be warned do not Buy from this site and check reviews which I normally do also contact your bank to block them in your account they charged me more than I agreed when purchasing the crap

Bought 2 sun visors from this company which turned out to be rubbish --- can't see through them as they are opaque. Now in ' negotiations ' for a refund but have so far received an offer of £7 less than 1/3rd of original cost. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company !!!!

Be warned this company takes money but according to Companies House they were dissolved in 2013 believe a China company shipping through USA!
I have been refused refund on goods ordered 2months ago? October 26th

Ordered a right angled drill adaptor and a universal wrench on the 2nd November and received an empty packet on 18th November. Package said 'photo only'. I'm sure the 4 things wouldn't have fit into the small packet. Looks like a scam from Facebook advertising.

Ordered a right angle drill attachment but received 8 tree decorations. Not at all what I ordered. I have requested a full refund.I await with bated breath but not much expectation

I bought a sun visor for my car. Total rubbish, not transparent - opaque - Scratched -as if dropped on floor and trodden on- When I complained and sent photos they offered me $4 - yes dollars - so not a uk company. PLEASE,do not be fooled by this “company” avoid at all costs. My purchase is going in the bin, wish I could put Nice little things in with it.

VAT was added to the total without it being made clear so ended up paying more than initially thought

I ordered from this company and every thing about them is a nightmare. The order took forever to be delivered and then the item was a 4XL but would have fit a size 10-12. They wont accept it is wrong because the barcode is what I ordered even though the item wouldn't fit a 4XL. They suggested I give it to somebody I know. Not helpful at all and I hope never to deal with them again. If I could have scored 0 I would.

The bras were tiny, 7 inches too small to be precise. They wanted photos of the packaging, so I gave them that. Then they wanted photos of the bras. I gave them that, with a tape measure alongside, so they could see the problem. Still not good enough. They kept insisting that I would have to pay the return postage. Silly me didn't realise they were dragging it out, so that I'd left it too long to get help from PayPal.

This company must stop telling lies about it's products. Lots of people have complained of the same problem. They also need to refund without argument, because they KNOW that their advert is incorrect. Somebody needs to stop them doing this. It's happening too often.
