Received my order today and the bras are absolutely tiny, there is no way they are a size 34F/FF, what a waste of money.

I am sure there is no point in sending them back as it will cost more than they are worth. Really disappointed by them as the Instagram advertising was very misleading and obviously the models had different bras completely. Probably a completely different website!

Having waited over 3 weeks it’s been a total waste of time and I will now check with trust pilot before buying anything from Facebook/instagram. These scam companies should be shut down.

Avoid this company. Ordered a bandau bra which should have been a 36g. Delivery was fairly fast but what I received is far from the correct size. Would work better as ear warmers! Contacted the company and even supplied comparison images between what they sent and what I already wear and they still argued they had sent the correct size. The label had been partly cut and I could read 36 but the bag it was in stated 36d although it’s smaller than that size too. I asked how to get a refund and they told me it would cost me too much money to return so would refund me £3. Hilarious. I told them it’s their error so shouldn’t cost me anything and I should get a full refund. They then offered me £5 and a happy life if I refused! Talk about patronising. I reluctantly accepted the £5 but it wasn’t about the money anymore it was principle and they are clearly ripping people off. They don’t deserve the one star but need to be shut down. Save your money people.

I read reviews but thought would see for myself. Ordered 2 bandeau bras what I thought was from UK but turned out to be from USA took ages to arrive, when they did arrive they was too small. Like others I asked for return they said warehouse confirmed I received what I ordered, yes but they DIDN'T fit. Absolute joke this company and a total rip off. Think long and hard before ordering from them. In a time when things are hard sometimes getting a bargain really isn't.

One star is too many for this company!! Ordered a strapless bra via an instagram ad, never arrived and was ordered in April, just keep sending the same tracing email…avoid it’s just a scam and ripoff

I get the feeling that this company is fake as my order has never arrived despite receiving tracking updates to say it’s in transit. I contacted customer service & the update was the same message & this was weeks ago. I’m lucky to have only spent £24, but if this is happening to as many people as the reviews suggest, they are making a lot of money out of us for rubbish products or something that doesn’t arrive. Don’t touch them with a barge pole as I doubt you’ll ever receive what you paid for 🤬

Very good product and cheap compare to other stores

Not even 1 star- item still not received after 6 weeks. Just keep being sent logistical ‘updates’ . Company not based in UK- despite name. I have requested refund at least 4 times. This is ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered strapless bras that had been advertised on instagram. Again once delivered at least 4 cup sizes smaller than what I had ordered. And then trying to fob me off with £3.00 refund. Sure these companies forget about trading standards and consumer rights.

The absolute most unprofessional company I have ever bought from. I ordered a bra, it arrived, it was marked the right size I had ordered, however it was at least three sizes too small. When I returned the item for a £16 refund, to the return address on the original packaging. The company said I should have sent to China??? I have emailed this company at least 6 or eight times and they have offered me £3 as their good will gesture! This product did not meet trading standards. They have not answered my polite resent email. I URGE NO ONE TO BUY FROM THIS SUB STANDARD COMPANY, they just want to take your money!

AVOID...wish I had read the reviews before buying. As another person stated, the sizing is not true to UK standards. Whilst they respond straight away, they just say the correct size was sent and can I give it to someone else!

I purchased 2 strapless bras from this company, following the size guide. Once received I tried the items on and they are too tight. I requested details to return the products and for a refund to be issued, this has been refused advising the product meets production standards, they will improve products in time following feedback. I am very dissatisfied with this service and the products received. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I wish I’d read reviews before buying. Strapless bra was supposed to be 40 DD/E and package confirmed this but the contents wouldn’t have fitted someone half my size! Asked for a refund. They said sizing was correct and offered me £2!!!

I ordered 2 solar powered fountains and lights on 06/05/2024. At the time of writing this review on 13/06/24 they have still not arrived. No response to customer emails.
Please don't order from this site.

AVOID!! Sizing is so wrong it is shocking they have the audacity to say it’s right and okayed by whoever! They will not refund as they claim the return postage will be too high but refuse to actually let you find this out yourself! Lawful service and a massive con! Don’t buy from here

I ordered a strapless bra seen on Instagram . It arrived about 10 days later the size was so small and tight would only fit a child!! I ordered a 34B plus material used cheap and nasty. Tried to get a refund and was refused!! Do not order from these people total scam and waste of £15.00.

Don’t ever buy from this site!!!!, product sent was completely the wrong size and after several emails and photographic evidence they were not prepared to refund !!!!
Very disappointed and will NEVER order again.

Ordered bras an advertised as best strapless bras on instagram with reviews from women who had bought them . Took weeks to arrive and laughable at the quality and size

One Star is too many! Absolute rip off! Ordered a 36G strapless bra - it wouldn’t even fit a 12 year old! No returns - dreadful scammers! They are NOT a UK company! Don’t waste your money!
