Shoddy job, aggressive, vandal, avoid!

This guy is a total cowboy. We had a mains line installed into our kitchen. He really has no idea how to do a job properly or tidily.

1) He drilled a hole through the wall causing chunks of plaster to fall off
2) He filled the wall with almost a tub of polyfilla instead of dry mud
3) He used trunking which was not designed for such heavy duty wiring
4) He tried gluing some of the trunking to the wall with polyfilla and left smears and chunks of it in places
5) He chiselled a hole in the wall to push the wire in which wasn't deep enough or recovered with plaster so the wire is sticking out of it
6) He made a bigger hole for a mains box to hold the ends of the wire in temporarily until a cooker was fitted in, but again the hole wasn't big enough so the backing of the box is sticking out the wall
7) The mains box isn't sealed properly and has a 7mm gap you can see inside it and all the exposed metal parts
8) The mains box has polyfilla smeared all over it and some of it has gone inside the box
9) There's chunks of plaster, dust, and polyfilla all over the floors
10) The white trunking still has blue labels on it and dirty fingerprints
11) The guy took cash in hand with no receipt, invoice, or certification of his work

The guy refused to return (despite "promising me faithfully" over the phone that he would) and fix the mess after I called him back, claiming the job was professional and "tidy". He then made up a bunch of lies stating that I threatened him and used that excuse to refuse returning.

Since he vandalized our home more polyfilla has broken off, the trunking has come loose and in some places has come off the walls altogether. The wiring is way too dangerous to use or even touch that we're having to have it stripped out and replaced. The carpet is stained with brick dust.

We're in the process of seeking legal action to fine the company for expenses and a full refund.
