Absolutely thrilled with my purchase

I had such a great experience with Nicholas John Interiors. They were able to provide products we could not find anywhere else. The communication was outstanding and when I called multiple times they were always so friendly and helpful. I needed a specific delivery date and they accommodated to this. The furniture was also assembled for me on delivery. Couldn’t fault them :)

Placed an order over two weeks ago. Money immediately taken, and advised delivery would be in 3-5 days…. No communication since. Have chased up and received a sub par response so I’ve requested a refund so I can buy my product from a more trustworthy and responsive business.

I ordered an £800 console table. Received an email confirming order then nothing. I reached out after 3 weeks to ask for an update. First email was ignored so I sent again. This time, thankfully I got a text from delivery company confirming delivery. I took the afternoon off work and followed the tracking app. Unfortunately the delivery didn’t arrive so I reached out to Nicholas John. It was rescheduled for a week later. This is my second time ordering from Nicholas John and neither has been a pleasant experience. Communication is key. Owning a mistake is also key.

I ordered a sculpture from this company and I am so pleased with the process of ordering from beginning to end I was kept up to date with emails at all times. The sculpture was beautifully and carefully wrapped and I love it also I received it 2 days after ordering now that is fast service. I was let down by another company when I ordered the same sculpture so I am glad that I found Nicholas John Interiors other company's would benefit from being like them I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Recently purchased some artwork from Nicholas John. I was delighted with my purchase and although there was a small issue with the item (nothing to do with NJ) it was dealt with promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this company. I purchased an Aspen sideboard which is gorgeous .The white gloves delivery was so good. Also I’m very grateful to Sarah who helped me so much with my order. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased dining chairs and a dining table from Nicholas John Interiors back in 2018 from the store in Bexleyheath.
Unfortunately recently a chair from the set was damaged by one of my kids and I needed to replace a leg on one of the chairs.
I contacted Nicholas John from the number on their website, since my purchase the business has changed hands and is now trading online only.
However, as I had purchased the furniture over 3 years ago and even though they were not obliged to help, Sarah and her team contacted suppliers and had a replacement leg shipped to me.
Great Customer Service & Integrity!! Thank you for helping out and saving the cost of purchasing a replacement chair, which I feel most retailers would have done.

I spoke to Donna on several occasions and she even responded to me in the evening too. This is a company who are prepared to go the extra mile for customers.

The table I purchased was of a high quality/standard and looks absolutely amazing in my dining room.

Absolutely stunning furniture and ceiling lights, I ordered 3 led ceiling lights and a mirrored dresser, all came within three weeks, packaged well and look amazing. I’m so impressed with this company.
