I placed my order more than a week ago but no updates have been received since then.
Phoned up twice to enquire for the status of my order and I was told that someone will be contacting me shortly, but apparently no one has called me back.
I would only like to know the status of my order, but obviously no one is bothered to follow up such simple enquires.

Awful customer service
Ordered 2 x 1 litre of shampoo and conditioner. They arrived damaged, conditioner had exploded and Royal Mail had put them in 2 bags as they had originally been sent in a bubble wrap envelope. When I asked for help after a few emails I was ignored completely. Fortunately PayPal have refunded me. Awful customer service
