Haven’t received parcel, no response from Nicoman
Haven’t received parcel ORDER #SP7664;
been with Evri over a week and they can’t help me. Nicoman haven’t responded to two emails nor their online chat. It was a table protector for a new table to be used over Christmas, ordered in plenty of time and wasn’t cheap. Doubt it will come on time now and will have to source elsewhere. Very disappointed with Nicoman’s customer service, positive reviews below seem disingenuous

Mistake in delivery, but response was 5 stars.
I would have given the company 5 stars, but the initial delivery was short of an item. The company did, however, rectify the mistake in double quick time - once I had emailed them. Tried to call,but telephone line was appalling.
The hard floor protectors look good and performing well to-date. They were the best price - ordering directly.
I would use the company again, because they responded immediately to honour the original order.

Fast service and reasonable prices
Placement of the order, payment, dispatch etc went really well.
There was a slight hitch with the delivery company, however this was resolved within hours.
I haven't had a chance to lay the product yet, but I am very happy with them.
