We built house with one of the "TypeHus" companies early 2022 with Mikkel assisted us during construction to make sure everything is done correctly and within the standard.

He's highly professional, competent, thorough and have high attention to details. He caught things that we didn't catch. He's also very pleasant to work with, easily reachable and very patient in explaining things to us in a way that's easy to understand. We can see that the workers and construction manager respect him as well and listen to what he says.

One year has passed since we overtook our house, and once again Mikkel has helped us with the "1 årsgennemgang" with the same level of service and competent.

There's no doubt we're very happy with Mikkel and can highly recommend him.

As someone who never built a house before and had no idea about anything, having Mikkel on our side made it possible to finish the process. I am pretty sure, we would have given up in the middle if we didn't have him.
He is very responsive and cares even more than you for your project. He helped us even on areas that wasn't part of his job when we asked for help and he gave us advice on things we didn't even think of.
He was also very flexible with the changes in times of meetings, even though he is clearly very busy..
He worked great with our construction manager (both of them as it was changed for us in the middle) and it was surprisingly smooth. Whatever he mentioned, the people from HusCompagniet accepted to address with no comment.
He handled all communication and timings and when to go and check the process himself with our construction manager and we didn't do much, but just enjoyed the safety feeling that gave us that the fundamental things in our house are getting checked by someone we can trust.
In general, I totally recommend him 1000% and I think this is the money you never regret that you decided to pay for your house.
