My daughter ordered a wool coat on the 14/04/2026 and the item still hasn’t been shipped. All she keeps getting is a email stating it will be shipped soon, then an email stating it will be shipped Monday and still hasn’t. We have no faith that we will ever receive the coat and looks like we will have to open a dispute with the bank. Very poor service, would definitely not recommend this company.

To provide more context, the item ordered is part of our winter collection, which uses heavier seasonal fabrics that are sourced in more limited quantities. Due to an unexpectedly high demand this season, the availability of these materials has been significantly reduced, which has slowed down our production more than anticipated - particularly during the fabric procurement stage.
While we had planned for standard timelines, this delay in sourcing extended the overall production and dispatch timeframe. We sincerely apologize for not communicating this clearly from the start, as well as for the shipping updates that were not met.

My items had a 2month lead time. Ended up canceling for a refund. Tiny purposely hidden fine print about it being a preorder and that it wouldn’t ship for atleast 2 months after you placed your order. Shameful behavior.

The vast majority of our products, including black and pinstripe variants of the Adjustable Waist Hook Pleated Pants and Oversized Fireman Buckle Blazer, are fulfilled quickly and are not on a 2-month lead time.
For these specific pre-order items, we do aim to communicate the timeline clearly at multiple stages, including on the product page under the add to cart button, at checkout where items are marked as “Preorder,” and through a follow-up email after the order is placed.
