Good servic
It's good to be able to speak to a human when I call to make an order. Good service. Delivery can be a bit slow at times, but I understand that there must be a lot of deliveries to do. Despite stating that we wanted the parcels left under the bench, on one occasion they were left on the doorstep and got soaked in the rain. Hence 4 stars.

They are good at what they do
I have used Nightingale for about a year and have no complaints. The ordering process is straight forward using the website and the delivery company (APC overnight) are relaible. They answer the phone promptly and send reminders about the next order. Good organisation doing an important job.
