Nightingales are always dependable indeed. They are always so helpful when we phone, give good advice and deal with any query we might have. They are exceedingly quick to see to our request for items and quick to arrange delivery. All round – good service!

The staff are always helpful and discreet. Orders are easy to place as the client’s record seems easy to find. Once placed, the order arrives promptly & is packaged ‘anonymously’
The items are also listed on my doctor’s prescription. .
The company also contacts the client to ensure they are not running short of a product previously sent.

The company also send constant email reminders so we should never run out of the product and the delivery service from APC is second to none with constant email and text messages to advise delivery times.

I placed my order on Tuesday morning, I received my order on Thursday morning, Excellent service.

Super service. Staff on phone slays friendly and the phone is answered really quickly. Our second order arrived really quickly. The first one took a little longer as they have to get a prescription from our surgery but the second arrived within a few days. Would definitely recommend!

The courier arrived within the timetable, They were well presented out and pointed out that there was water damage to the parcel although there would be no adverse effect because the products were plastic.They are a credit to your company
