Best ICT training ever!
Quite frankly the tutor made this training so positive and meaningful for me. He gave me a one-to-one Microsoft Office 365 tailored session that surpassed all expectations. I feel much more confident and competent in using these applications and it's all thanks to NILC and their excellent training!

I would recommend training through NILC
The programme was intensive - running for 4 days with homework and exams but the facilitator made it engaging, translating the content into concepts we could understand and remembe,r and it was delivered in easily digestible chunks with plenty of screen breaks.
Having done a similar course which was stressful and like project management bootcamp, I was relieved and delighted that this was an enjoyable experience with the benefit of leaving with a super useful additional qualification.

Made a complex subject easier to understand
NILC made this training course a lot easier to digest that I was expected. The trainer (Tony) was very personable, and threw in plenty of humour to lighten up what is a fairly complex and dry subject. Recommended!

Fantastic experience on AgilePM course with NILC
Attended an AgilePM course in July 2025 delivered by NILC and Tony Perks. Tony was such an engaging course leader and made a few intense and packed days feel like a breeze. Communication with NILC was seamless throughout, shout out to Karim who made sure we had everything we needed logistically speaking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to enhance their employability, great setup.

5 Stars to Karim and Tony
I was very grateful to Karim who was so supportive and understanding when I had to alter the dates of my Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner Course for various family / personal issues. I have now successfully completed the 4 days and have only good things to say about Tony who ran the course online. His enthusiasm and patience helped me understand the complexities of Agile PM - his ability to offer practical examples and breakdown some of the more tricky aspects was greatly appreciated.
Highly recommend NILC and Tony!

First Class Experience…
I recently sat an ITIL course through NILC training. Everything from the booking of the course, the subsequent training and the booking of the exam (passed with 80%) was first class! Special mention for Karim whose customer service was excellent.
