I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of four chairs from your store. The chairs have been nothing short of a nightmare, and my experience has been appalling.
First Chair: Upon receiving the delivery, one of the chairs was clearly damaged. The packaging was intact, so it seems like the damage occurred before it was shipped.
Second Chair: After just three weeks of use, this chair began to show significant damage. The quality is clearly subpar, and it seems like it's not built to last.
Third Chair: After only a month of use, the third chair also became damaged. This is absolutely unacceptable for furniture that is supposed to be of decent quality.
In addition to the above, I had no choice but to repair the chairs on my own at my own expense, as I was unable to get an adequate response from your customer service team. I paid 180 EUR for the repairs, which is completely unreasonable for items that should not have been damaged in the first place.
I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team, reaching out three times via email and once via Facebook, but I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. The lack of support has been incredibly frustrating, and it is clear to me that your company does not value its customers.
This experience has been beyond disappointing, and I expect immediate action to resolve these issues. I request either a full refund or replacement for all the damaged chairs, along with reimbursement for the 180 EUR I paid for the repairs. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation for the poor quality of your products and the lack of proper customer service.
If I do not hear back from you promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter and take further action.
I expect a quick and satisfactory resolution to this ongoing issue.

Terrible customer service
I regret to say that my experience with Nimara.dk has been extremely disappointing. I received a dining table that arrived damaged, and while the company initially approved my claim for a replacement, all further communication has been unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via email, I have received no replies, and their phone line has been unavailable for weeks, making it impossible to reach them. The product quality was subpar, and the customer service has been even more unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Nimara.dk to others based on my experience

Delivery delayed twice and no response from customer service even though I contacted twice.

Do not deliver, don't inform and don't reply
First, they promise certain delivery times and if they don't have the product on stock, they should give you more info when it will be delivered. However I didn't get the product within the promised time nor did I get any info at all about the delivery. I wrote twice and I also got no reply, so that's where we're at right now... Maybe I'll finally get a reply in here.

Great Products.
I have ordered Hailey Sofa, Chairs and coffe table . Products are really good. Little bit hicups on delivery. In the end everything is good if i get delivery on expected week that it would be 5 star from my side.
Need improvement on Support hours. It should be at least by 4:00 PM

Damage chair receive and still waiting for refund
Two weeks ago I received a damaged chair (basically the box broke and one of the legs was damaged. I contacted the customer service and they offer 20% off. I accepted it but I am still waiting for the money to be returned. I have tried to contact them twice by email about this but no answer....
