Currier couldn't find where to park so he just left with my dining table which was late already!

Would not recommend to anyone

Would not recommend to anyone. We had to wait 4 weeks instead of 1-3 days like they said in the beginning and when I emailed they just replied with “well we can’t do anything about it, sorry”. The quality was bad but at least the tabletop was in good condition and the delivery guy was nice.

I have bought 6 chairs

I have bought 6 chairs. When we sit its moves and we afraid that we fall down.I complain about that they do nothing. The chairs caps broke every day. I am not satisfied with that.

3 of 4 defective

Three of them are defective.

Two of the legs of the chair do not reach the ground.
The front legs are not the same height.
There are also two chairs with stains that cannot be cleaned.

Nice first experience

The chairs I ordered arrived in a perfect condition , the packiging was very safe. Delivery was also fast and the chairs are lovely :)

I placed an order with Nimara on 7/4

I placed an order with Nimara on 7/4, where on their website you have to fill in when the desired delivery is, this week I hear nothing and wonder when I will receive my order, I call in on 12/4 where the woman on the phone tells them have. everything in stock except one thing, so they can deliver my goods the following wednesday, I have taken the day off and waiting for my goods, but have not been told that time I will receive my goods, so I call in, the woman advise it is first booked in for Wednesday of the following week, this I am super incomprehensible above, and because of that my goods cannot arrive today, and what they can do is deliver them on Friday - where I will again have to take time off work to receive them . What they understand is that I can get a 10% discount or a "free" evening delivery on Friday, but I have to choose one of the options. I then ask for a confirmation that I choose the discount by mail, the woman I speak to approves it, but again I don't receive any mail, so I have to get hold of them again.
Super bad service! Their website states that 98% of customers have shipped their item, so false marketing! 143306

I don't recommend it to anyone!

Delivery is fast, but the quality of the furniture does not match the photos. I ordered a chair, the website indicated that it was wooden. As a result, I received an iron chair with a wood sticker. Also, the entire chair had defects and scratches. The site's support service does not respond to my emails. Disgusting site and service, looks like a scam. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Terrible customer service.

I made 2 orders in the same day : order #140310 and order #140312. The next day, I called to cancel the first one (140310) - I told them the order number on the phone, and instead they cancelled my second order (which i haven't even mentioned to them on the phone)
Their phone hours are only 3 hours a day, and their "live chat" is just a useless robot which doesn't even reply to you
