Deposited some money after 2 years. Won £80 and they said that need to have £100 in my account to withdraw as it was showing need verify. Won more and have £500 in account while I was still on chat. Then they said that I need verification and asked for card from 2023 that I do not have anymore and was never used on the website. Finally they verified my account so I requested withdrawal and after 24 hours they cancelled withdrawal to tell me I can not use crypto as a withdrawal method. Now made withdrawal through bank and they want me to wait another 24 hours and probably will tell me again that something was not right. Absolute nightmare. Will raise this on my 250k instagram and will also raise with gambling commission and others. JOKE website.
