I received exactly what I ordered.
When I wrote to NineLife requesting a tracking number that I had inadvertently lost, the immediate Internet response was that my request would be answered within 3 hours. I received the tracking number after two days.
The package sat in DHL in Frankfurt for almost two weeks. I feared I'd never get it, but in the end, it arrived, safe and sound.

First of all, the fact that I can get Constant Comment Tea from you makes you excellent! The process of ordering and purchasing the product was easy, friendly and convenient. I received the tea in a short time and it was sent to an easily accessible location for pick-up. All in all, a very good experience from start to finish. I include in this the quick and helpful reply regarding delivery. I saw your message about evaluating before I saw the notice to come get the package. But Sabrina answered me speedily and nicely. I appreciate the warm attitude. I will be ordering through you again in future and will recommend you to my friends 🌻

1) Nextlife is the only company selling + shipping the original Amope product to Israel. A couple of months ago I ordered the Amope product, but did not have it in stock. After several weeks without any updates, I realized they did not have it in stock. I cancelled the order, felt like a fool and was refunded OK.
2) I ordered it the second time on 7.25 , but it did not show progress for about 10 days. I wanted to cancelled it, and was offered coupons twice to keep the order standing. I refused coupons and wanted my money back and twice they offered a 20% and then a 120% coupon towards shopping, just to keep the order standing and avoid/discourage a refund. I refused and they offered the refund, which I accepted and they did not perform. A couple of days later, I got an email that the order is clearing or has cleared customs. Of course that I want the product, not coupons. Its already 8.16 and the order is supposedly clearing customs. I have not received neither the product, the coupons, a pre-delivery notice by a local shipper, nor my money back...and waiting.
I can't say anything about the product's quality yet, as I haven't received it, but logistics have lot to be desired. I and not a happy camper.

I ordered an item 3 months ago and the item seemed lost. Tracking had it stuck in some shipping depot in the USA. I was told that I’d receive a refund, but I never did. Got polite messages from nine-life, but no refund and no useful info. Then, 3 months later, the item arrived (and I cancelled the refund). I appreciate getting the item and understand that shipping might have been affected by world events out of ninelife’s control— my location was under sustained rocket attack. That’s a very reasonable excuse for a shipping delay and obfuscation. I was frustrated by the lack of shipping info but I did eventually get what I ordered and ninelife was always polite.

On the 30th of May, I still had not received it. I did not get any excuse either. I know that the war could be a reason for a delay, but will it ever arrive? I don't know

The package came very quickly and the pillow gives me relief from lower back pain. I am wearing it right now and even sleep with it on if my back is sore.
