It arrived more or less according to the estimated date of arrival.

It arrived more or less according to your estimated date of arrival, taking into consideration that we have a war going on here and most airlines have stopped coming here. It was well packed and my husband is very pleased. He is the one who takes them. I also ordered something for my sister so we're waiting for that to arrive. Ordering from your site was very easy, it's very user friendly. Thank you.

possibility of dhl

There is serious and pleasant customer service follow-up.

Pathetic support

I tried to find out about the delivery of a perishable product that seems to be delayed AFTER clearing customs. I called the hotline. The agent Nidhi was unhelpful. Merely said it had been handed to Israeli Post. I enquired as to how/if this was being kept refrigerated. Could not answer and refused to have a representative of the company contact me
