What drew me to Ninemoo was there lovely selection of clip on earrings! I purchased a gorgeous pair of clementine clip ons for my Honeymoon. I mistakenly recieved the stud version however and was so sad I may not have been able to exchange for a correct pair on time. Ninemoo immediately responded to me and were the sweetest. They let me keep the original pair (and the free gift!) and sent the correct pair of clipons for no extra charge which arrived well in time. The new pair also came with a free gift! I gave the original pair to a friend who has pierced ears but I would have happily sent them back too. Lovely shop I'll be ordering again from in future.

Couldn't feel cuter!
Ninemoo shipped out my earrings promptly, they arrived super quickly, and were packaged with great care. The earrings themselves are super cute--as someone who never was able to wear 'regular' earrings, now that I have a pair of clip-ons that are stylish *and* comfortable I never want to take them off!

I'll be honest and admit that after paying £45 for two pairs of earrings I kept thinking it was a little expensive (especially because I don't wear earrings regularly), but after they arrived they were so gorgeous I didn't mind! And the company was kind enough to send me an extra pair as a gift 🥰 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered a pair of earrings for an overseas order. The jewelry arrived well, but with damage to the attaching hardware. When I emailed Ninemoo to ask about the damage, I received a sincere, human response. They corrected the issue quickly, at their expense, and without conditions -- a service that went beyond my expectations. Ninemoo kept me in the loop at all times.
The replacements arrived quickly, and both they and the originals are beautiful and appear as pictured. The earrings are lightweight for all-day wearing and colorful. I would purchase from them again and encourage anyone else if they were interested in Ninemoo jewelry.
