Cool designs but overprices
This company has some really good designs. However for the price the jewellery is not good quality.
Unsoldered links that will easily pull apart. Had I paid far less for them perhaps at most £10 per item I would not have been unhappy.
Also advertise as sustainable.... however this is only related to their clothing.
They were happy for me to return for a refund. Minus the postage of course.

We do offer free returns on all items purchased within 30 days of delivery for quality issues, this can be done by contacting us via the email in our order confirmation email.
All our bags are made from recyclable fabrics and all fabrics are supplied with an OEKO environmental certificate.

Disappointing customer service
I was really disappointed with the customer service from this store. I ordered two pairs of earrings & the order was accepted & they were ‘shipped’ four hours later, fast forward to the day I received my order and only one pair was in the box alongside two other items I hadn’t ordered. Thinking it would be a simple process to let them know they’ve sent me the wrong things & to get a replacement I got in contact via the chatbot on their site, and was only offered a refund for the missing earrings & told that I didn’t need to return the incorrect items. When I asked if I could just be sent the right earrings as they were ordered as a gift for a specific person I was then told that they had been ‘dissolved’ to make a new product & I could only be offered a refund.
I then got in contact via email and explained that this was disappointing customer service as I should have been told earlier that the product was taken out of production or I shouldn’t have been able to order them at all, especially considering as that style of earring was still available to buy days after my original order. The most confusing part is how a whole collection of earrings of that style were all dissolved in the space of the 4 hours it took to pack & ship my order? When I asked this I was met with a less than apologetic email saying that they have been incredibly busy & my order was ‘confusing’ despite it only being two items. I completely understand the strain of this season on businesses but the lack of any meaningful apology & general passive aggression in the emails has left me feeling disappointed & I won’t be ordering again.
