As a skeptic when it comes to securing employment via a recruiter, I was pleasantly surprised to make a viable connection with Ninesharp Ltd. My 'whirlwind courtship' with Ninesharp began when I was contacted by their recruitment specialist, Jordan F. He pitched an interesting opportunity and although the job spec was ambiguous, he was keen to have me interview because he was confident that my skills were a match for a specific project the business needed. Jordan was conscientious to stay in touch with me through the initial stages of arranging an interview with the hiring manager of the media business offering the role. I was impressed with his follow-through which is actually a rarity. In the short time from speaking with Jordan to interviewing with the business (very low key and to the point interview) to confirmation of temporary placement to onboarding with them, Jordan was a pleasure to communicate with.

Ultimately, the project was short-term due to the database capabilities of correcting itself...There was not a long term opportunity for me and subsequently, I went on the assist a different department with making outbound retention calls which was frustrating. Also frustrating was having to use a third party umbrella company for wages...If you do have a LLC, you are better off to not lose wages for processing fees. Nonetheless, I would recommend Ninesharp in contrast to other agencies based on my previous experiences for securing temp work.

Efficient service; worked quickly to place me at the earliest opportunity, and followed through to complete the preliminary admin work.

Overall a good recruitment process. Some issues with sorting out my access to the portal to log my hours. But beyond this, OK.

I've been contacted by Jacob that spotted my profile CV online. What I liked about his approach is that he's not the kind of recruiter that speak through slogan and hashtag and boast free coffee as a benefit.

He's definitely been a down to earth person and a very professional recruiter that took care of following every step of the various interviews I've had. He always has been available (even when he was taking a day off, sorry Jacob!) but never intrusive.

To give you an example, as its common use, he sent me "guidelines" to face interviews but never pushed them onto me like other recruiters have done in the past.

After the interview phase has been over and the position secured they took care of creating a profile for me in Ninesharp with just the basic information to which I added a couple of mandatory and relevant info.

All in all a smooth process. I'll definitely recommend this company and especially Jacob.
